I've had my car hand washed and interior vacuumed twice here and they do a fabulous job! No complaints, only praise. I highly recommend them. One thing I would suggest is taking cash for a tip. I paid with Apple Pay, but I did not have my purse with me , which meant I did not have any cash for a tip. I feel terrible, so I'm thinking of driving back there shortly and drop off a tip. I'm honestly very disappointed with this place. I paid for the "Deluxe Hand Wash & Vacuum" expecting a complete service, but my car came back barely touched inside. The vacuuming was either rushed or not done at all. There was still visible dirt and debris on the floor mats, under the seats, and even on the seats themselves. For a service that specifically includes "Vacuum Interior" and "Air Detail," this is unacceptable. I've given Wash N' Go multiple chances because I wanted to support the business and hoped the service would improve, but it's been consistently the same poor quality every time. At this point, it feels like a waste of money. There's no attention to detail, and the results don't match what's advertised. Management really needs to step in and fix these issues because customers shouldn't have to keep paying for incomplete work. Please see pictures for details. read more

Based on today 07/09 I'm still holding fast at a solid 4.5 stars. I think I'm just overly picky and don't like to point things out that should be noticed by who is washing my car. I might have become spoiled by expectations set by a mobil car wash service that comes to my house and really hits it out of the park. So that doesn't help..lol However, they are efficient here, they work hard and my car does look good. The price point $32 for a top tier wash is competitive and fair. For something that is convenient and not too time consuming, I'm happy with todays service. I'll come again. read more

No greeting, unfriendly service with face masks to start. Paid for the top service offered. Many small yellow spots from birds or something else were never cleaned, tires were unevenly dressed, and I had to ask multiple times for the exhaust chrome tailpipes to be wiped clean, pointing directly at them, but it was never done well. Dirt still remained on the floor. Very disappointed for $32 plus tip. No thank you from them, nada. I was uptown and wanted to try this place. Car wash behind Cajun Kitchen off Chapala on Canon Perdido beats this one, and they are super friendly and appreciative. read more

If we'd done it ourselves, would've saved $15 with tip. Also had to wait about 20-30 minutes in line. I was under no auspices when I dropped my never-ever-been-cleaned-before-1990's-truck off that they would move heaven and earth to make it shine. In fact I specifically said, as they were looking...perhaps with fear in their eyes...at my dirt-caked ranch truck to: "just do your best, I'm trying to sell this bad boy." Holy shit. I have been using these guys for a number of years. Over the last 6-8 months, I have had trouble using my credit cards in the automated system. I have tried all three of my cards, each time. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Usually one of the employees has to come out and open the machine, to let me in. Thinking it was my cards, I replaced two of them. Went today and same issues. Neither card worked and an employee tried all cards in both machines, with no luck. He eventually open up the machine to let me in. Noticed a number of cars behind me having similar issues. I love the job these guys do, but the hassle involved and the backup behind me, is not worth it. If the management is reading this, please update your machines to create an acceptable customer experience. read more

Super easy transaction process, and super friendly staff! First you drive up and pay at the kiosk, then wait in line in your car until you get to the hand wash. You stay in your car the whole time while they give car a lil scrub. Then afterwards if you drive into a spot to get your car vacuumed. I like that they didn't seem in a rush so it looked like they really cared to get my car looking spotless. All workers were wearing masks and all of them work very efficiently. Best Car wash in Santa Barbara! They hand wash the car and you just drive it through a tunnel that has soap and water no brushes!! They then do a full vacuum job and wipe down the surfaces and windows on the interior. Very Reasonable price the most expensive one being $25! They do a fantastic job *without having to be directed to vacuum or look for bugs. After being ripped off, stolen from, and my car not ever being cleaned correctly at Santa Barbara Car Wash (check out my review and others), this was a breath of fresh air. I'm serious, you can't make this stuff up. If you have a nice car, or a car you care about, this is not the place for you. 19$ for them to wet my car and hardly hand scrub (dead bug guts still on window) and then leave it wet for drip marks on my car...Waste of money for the 19$ option! It is pricey but it is hand-washed. I appreciate the time they take to wash the car and attention to detail. Obviously I am not going to nit-pick and be super judgmental because if I wanted something done a certain way, I'd do it myself. I paid about $28 for the mid-level wash which includes a vacuum job. It would be nice if they included an air freshener. I miss those days when you'd be able to choose a scent. I'd go back but not as often since it's a bit pricey. read more

I would never go anywhere else for a full service wash in Santa Barbara. Great attention to detail and my special requests are handled with a smile. Don't Get me wrong these guys work hard and do a good cleaning job however if you have a black crystal pearl type of paint on your car do NOT go here. I left this location with a clean look but there were swirl marks and very skinny scratch marks all over of my cars exterior's paint and this is a new car. It was a nightmare when I looked closely into my paint. Maybe it was my fault for coming here so i'm not upset but just a bit of advice for anyone thinking of coming here who is protective of their paint. I wish they could do something about this but at the end of the day it's me who has to spend money to correct their damage. read more

Pretty good and very friendly, but I noticed bits on my windshield as well as hood after I'd already left. Definitely not as thorough of a wash as I would've expected. My car was in dire need of a wash from a road trip, bugs splatter, and being parked near the ocean for a week.
