No offense to any other nail salons or their businesses, I have never experienced to my knowledge/ upkeep...anything "bad", just "normal"... if you are a mom that needs to feel beautiful and you can't stomach the cost of beauty treatments: get your nails done. Budget for this place. If I had all the money in the world, I'd be paying one of their nail techs on salary. Besides the unavoidable... I.E. walk ins, this has been by-far "in my opinion"...an establishment I trust and can respect + be willing to go to when I'm exhausted. No harshness to other people's businesses. When I asked her to fix the shape half way through, she told me she would charge me for 2 manicures even though she didn't even put any polish on for this "first". Cleanliness and aesthetic 5 Service 3.5 Visited for the first time for a pedicure today. Got a spa pedicure which stated 38 minute service (my active chair time was 25 minutes max) with a sugar scrub and regular pedi service. The tech did not do much a massage, no lotion only oil after the sugar scrub which was a 2 minute service max. No relaxing massage. The nail trim and shape was great. Polish was great as well. But this was a basic pedicure for over $50 including tip. Not worth that price tag. If the massage was better for both sugar scrub and lotion/oil I would increase the rating. I'll probably try them again in hopes of a more through spa like experience. read more

I went in for a spa pedicure. I was charged 55.00 dollars for lotion on one leg and no massage. I am very disappointed with my pedicure. When the lady that was collecting my money said something in her language they guy in the back started laughing. read more

They were very rude coming in the door. The lady was rushing us to pick something. They didn't even ask if that was how we liked it or if it was ok. We asked for a refund and they didn't even give it to us or any other option. Apart from that the nails looked ugly I don't recommend.
