The sauce was not creamy, it had the consistency of being old and sitting out for a bit. 2. There is no air ventilation. Every time they cook something, it gets super smoky and I left smelling like a panini cooker lol. 3. NO WIFI...wtf. For a coffee shop, that's lame. I came to do a little bit of work and that was not ideal. A couple pluses are my coffee was really good and the service is friendly.

The iced vanilla matcha was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and not overly sugary. One detail I really appreciated was the beautiful coffee mugs they serve their hot drinks in. It's a small touch, but it makes the experience feel a little more special and cozy. Between the friendly vibe, good music, quality drinks, and inviting space, Vesta Coffee Roasters is definitely worth stopping by. They have an entire assortment of hot and cold drinks that should appeal to any coffee lovers. But the star of the show in my opinion, are their baked goods. I purchased a homemade Mango Raspberry Pop Tart and it was a 200 on a scale of 1 to 10. I can't tell you how good it was, and it was large, too. There are plenty of tables, wall power in more than a few spots and excellent free WiFi. I was very very impressed and will be returing. Staff was quite awesome, too.

This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days. I opted for a regular butter croissant, heated. I ordered an iced oat milk latte and croissant. The croissant was big and flakey. The cover charge was a reasonable $15.50 per person and included a free drink from their selection of standard beverages. We went with the lemonade, which was served in an elegant champagne flute. It was decent, though it didn't taste freshly squeezed. The turnout was excellent--during the lesson, the place was packed shoulder-to-shoulder, with dancers filling every available inch of floor space. Afterward, a live jazz band took the stage and kept the energy high. The night was genuinely fun, with swing in the air and a lively, nostalgic atmosphere. It did get quite warm inside, but a couple of fans helped keep the air circulating. On regular nights, I understand Coffee Note shifts to a more relaxed open jazz jam session--perfect for sitting at a table with a drink and soaking in the sounds of America's musical past. Service: very friendly and very welcoming. when you order food they dont mind bringing it up to you when it is slow. Food and drinks: i had the everything bagel with sausage egg and cheese. The milk was well textured and at a perfect temperature. The barista did a nice job and created descent latte art, albeit upside for a right handed drinker. They use white ceramic mugs which I like and overall the drink was smooth and tasty. Easy to drink and enjoy. This place goes on the upper tier list of coffee shops in the valley along with Dark Moon, Mothership and Urth. If you find yourself near Summerlin, go. Well worth it!
