Walked in Sunday morning with four tweens and my mama-in-law. They had all five ladies in a chair within 1/2 and hour and everyone's stoked on their nails. They saying is very busy but they don't skimp on time to ensure a job well done. Called Thursday at 140 requesting a 330 appt and I was thrilled they could squeeze me in. Paid Sen 75 and was uncomfortably feeling forced to tip on top even after not getting what I asked for. I had to beg her to do the design I wanted, she said my nail wasn't big enough for more stripes?? Makes no sense but ok fine. Didn't get what I want, made me feel like I had to tip and I wish I just walked out after paying. I was ok with the results until today I looked down and saw part of my nail missing, not even a full 48 hours later. Extremely disappointed, I was hoping this could be my new go to spot as it is local to me but if the nails can't last 48 hours, no thank you. read more

This honestly hurts me to leave this review because I have been coming here for years and always loved my experience. I haven't been here in a year because I took a break from nails and I don't know if she's new or not, but I'm used to a man and another kind lady running the salon when the owner is not there. Whoever was running the salon this past Saturday, needs to get retrained or gotta go because she was giving horrible customer service and it was so chaotic. Never have I seen so many people waiting for so long before, it was like she was trying to jam in as many people as she could. I had an appointment at 9:30am for gel x manicure and gel pedicure, she sat me at the pedicure chair but no one got to my feet until nearly an hour later, and the customer next to me that came in after me had already started too. Then the lady who was running the salon, started working to soak off my nails but she did a botch job. The drill speed was too fast and she burned my nails which I told her and she still didn't adjust it. Then she didn't even soak my nails off properly, there was still hella residue left over. Then, instead of working on my right hand, she left it in foils for like 30 mins and then came back and tried to put on the nails for my left name. I asked her could you take off the foils on my right hand so I could use my phone and she got annoyed and did, and then said "ok you play with your phone and we do your nails later". Then she asked me to pick colors for both my manicure and pedi which I did, and then when the kind lady that came to do my pedi, asked again because the other one never even grabbed them! Same thing happened AGAIN when I finally got to my gel x manicure, and she didn't tell the tech that I wanted nail designs either. She was also rude to the lady next to me, because she asked if they had a similar color to what was already on her nails and the person running the salon said "I don't know, you pick here, we have a lot" and just gave her the basket. Usually the staff would actually go and help you. It also seemed like she was rushing the techs doing the pedicures and it was just not cool. The whole point of why people love coming here is because of the techs that take their time and actually create a "luxy" experience. When you take that away, you're just a nail salon that overcharges for horrible customer service and makes clients feel rushed. And then when I was going to pay, I asked if I could use my points because I had 1k+ and they said "oh is next time ok?" Like what? Anyway, I think I need to come on a day where the owner is actually here and I'm sure I'd get better service. If it's the same I won't be coming back, unfortunately. read more

This review is specific to Andy, though I have not had a bad experience with anyone. Andy is the KING of nail techs. A pedicure is a foot transformation. I get regular pedicures but I will drive from the depths of Concord to see Andy. Thank you Andy. I've been coming here for the past 3 years and this salon consistently does a good job. I recently had an incident where my nail dip manicure chipped - 5 nails within less than a week (which never happens, I can go a month before coming back) and so I called to see if they'd be willing to fix it. Vivian (the manager) told me to come in that evening and she redid my manicure. I was very appreciative!! Highly recommend this place! read more

Went in for a pedicure, nothing fancy. They were fairly busy so I did have to wait a few minutes which was actually shorter than they originally told me, which was nice. Service was $37 (I believe) and she did a great job. read more

I feel ashamed that this review is so long overdue! I have been coming here for years and have enjoyed every single visit. I have brought family and friends here as well. I always have excellent attention to detail and service. Everything is clean and organized- and with an appointment I never have to wait. I definitely am a regular and appreciate everyone here at the salon. I bring my mom from the valley and if she doesn't come with me, they ask where she is! This was my first time coming to this nail spa. I was beyond grateful for the service . I was a walk in and I didn't have to wait long. June, my nail tech, was amazing. They have many colors and they do all different techniques/nail systems. The shop is very clean. I asked for thin dip on my natural nails and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I recently came in for a pedicure and the tech did a bad job. I left with a cut toe from the cuticle nippers and calluses on my feet. My feet barely get calluses anyway, so the fact that I left with them looking the same as when I arrived (minus cut up and with a bad polish application) really was the cherry on top. I got a regular polish French tip. I asked for french pink and white with a flower on each big toe, and while she nodded and said okay, she did clear and white and no flower. By the time it was over my toe was hurting and I just wanted to leave, so I didn't ask for a flower, etc. They up charged for the badly done French tips, and I left hurt and paying around $47 plus an $8 tip (although tipping for that was my bad). The basin full of water was also ice cold. What a treat. There are tons of nail salons around, so in the future I'll go somewhere else or do my own at home. Also, not that it matters, but a week prior I had a major surgery. I was SO excited to come for a pedicure! Now I'm just sad wherever I see my feet and think of the wasted money. read more

I have been coming here for awhile now and today was by far the worst experience i have ever had here. I came with my partner; we got two pedicures, I got a gel X full set and my partner did a regular manicure. Vivian did my gel x and was very rude the entire time. She was very rough taking off my nails, didn't shake out the towel after filing my nails so i had to have my hands in the nail filing/shavings the entire time, then she just chopped off my natural nails, didn't file them. She didn't check in with me in the process and when I expressed I wanted her to fix my nails she was rude and didn't fix it per my request. The nail I asked to be fixed is extremely crooked. I still have some of my old color from my old set in my nails. In addition, she cut my finger and my partner had her toe cut by Ruby who did her pedicure. We couldn't relax during our service because the staff were rushing, being aggressive, and being rude. When I asked Sen (the lady who did my pedicure) for a clear pink and a different one from what she was using, she became impatient and waved the options in my face while Vivian is also trying to talk to me about what I want done. During the services, they were all talking and laughing extremely loud so it was even harder to relax. Don't come here to pay a bunch of money just to deal with rude staff, bad service, and be unhappy with your nails. I won't be returning. read more

I don't like to write bad reviews, but it wasn't a great experience. I waited over 20' , when she opened the tools to clean the nails they weren't sealed. I hope they weren't as filthy as I think. It's been awhile since I've been back but once again, this place NEVER fails me. I love that their booking system includes Nail Repair service and it's easy to use overall. The workers here are kind and efficient. I finally got the name of the person I usually get to do my nails here. AMY! She does amazing work but the times that I don't get her, they do amazing as well, especially on my cuticles. Bless them and their skills because my cuticles needed help! I don't know what she used but besides the nail repair, I just got regular polish and it dried so fast I was able to take my wallet out of my backpack and do whatever without it budging!! The vibe is calm and you don't see workers slacking off. They really care about their customers. Parking isn't always easy but the struggle is worth the quality and service you get here. They do a very nice job, and I have been coming regularly because of that. I find it constantly frustrating that they don't respect appointment times. I am pretty sure they take every request for an appointment, whether or not they think they have time. I usually come with 1 other person, and they will seat us in pedicure chairs, then walk away, then start the water for one person. Then stop it, and start the water for the next person. Then do one, and then when they are almost complete, send someone over to do the other persons nails. Constantly juggling finishing one person while starting the next slooowwwly. They clearly over book, and I will probably start looking elsewhere. I would not recommend it if you are in any kind of rush... but if not, they do a good job. read more

I had a feeling that it was bs so I drove to the pharmacy and spoke with their staff in-person. Guess what? The prescription that they claimed that was "out of stock" was in fact in stock. The tech told me that I just needed to wait 10 minutes. I had to explain to the tech the importance of my child's medication being filled on time, given that a missed dose can cause a life-threatening issue. About a month ago, I was in line inquiring on my child's prescription. There was another customer standing super close behind me while I was giving the tech very personal information. The staff did not say anything to the customer standing very close to me. There I was disclosing personal medical information not realizing that the customer was near me the whole time. (They should check the cameras; I can't make this up!) I only became aware that the man was standing extremely close to me because another customer in line pointed it out and told him to step back. There is no way that pharmacy tech helping me did not notice him. HIPAA VIOLATION! Anyway, if I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would.

Competition is real, and honestly, that's great for customers. That said, this store feels like it may have passed its prime a bit. They still carry the basics (and that's important), but the fresh grocery selection feels inconsistent. On the flip side, there's a noticeably bigger focus on frozen meals and frozen options, which is convenient... but it's not quite the same as walking in and feeling confident about the fresh picks. A bigger concern for me: a few times I visited, I noticed items that were close to--or possibly past--their prime/expiration date. That's the kind of thing that makes shoppers hesitate, especially when there are so many alternatives nearby. I genuinely think a little refresh would go a long way: - tighter inventory rotation - clearer quality checks - small clean-up / organization upgrades This is still a local business, and I'd like to see them bounce back. I'll continue to support when I can but I really hope they tighten up on options and inventory so it feels like the go-to spot again.
