Hands-down, mine and my wife's favorite nail salon experience in 15 years. We truly enjoyed every minute of deluxe pedicures treatments. Everything is new and clean. The chairs are brand new and absolutely comfortable. Their attention to detail is outstanding, but what really made it over the top was the staff. My wife said she couldn't even believe how much she enjoyed talking and laughing with the staff. They were totally awesome, friendly, professional and created a great experience. We 100% will be going back here routinely. In fact, we're even thinking about making an employee party here. It's been a little bit since I last left a review but I really don't like to leave reviews for everything. If my experience was great 5 stars I want to give them their flowers, if the service was trash, I want the world to know. Also, having an off day is one thing but just unprofessionalism and upselling is to the point of annoyance is never ok. I stopped in one day hoping to be see even though I was a walk in and they were able to accommodate me right away. The place is cute, clean, normal nail shop. Now to the nails. Off top I didn't like the way she handled me, it felt very rushed and she seemed annoyed by me. I hate fake nails, it's just not my thing, they look great but I like my natural nails and nothing but old school nail polish. The tech (Layna maybe, can't remember exactly) kept trying to convince me to do a full set, when she finally gave up on that she kept insisting on gel polish "it last longer and you won't need to touch it up". I want what I want and I don't want what should be a mini spa experience to turn into me having to debate or make a deal on what I came for. The last thing that just ruined it forever was she took a call while painting my nails, it just made me feel like she was done with me at that point. WARNING: Please think twice before coming here. My experience at this nail salon was one of the worst I've ever had. My cousin and I both got our nails done here, and both of our nails started chipping and lifting almost immediately. The work was poor quality and did not last at all. When we went back to show them what happened, they were rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no concern. They refused to properly fix my cousin's nails and acted like the situation wasn't their problem. There was no apology, no sympathy, and no attempt to make things right. Their customer service was just as disappointing as the quality of their work. My situation became much more serious. After my visit, my toe became infected, and I had to go to the ER. I was diagnosed with an infection, prescribed antibiotics, and was also told there was concern about a possible fungal infection. I have medical records and photos documenting what happened. I've only been to this salon twice, and both experiences were terrible. No customer should have to deal with nails falling apart, rude treatment, and then end up needing medical care afterward. I will be posting pictures so people can see exactly what happened. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. Please be careful before trusting this business with your nails. I wish I had read a review like this before going there. read more

I found this salon through Instagram and it came at perfect timing as I needed a new place to go. Made an appointment online, super easy, and had my appointment. Lena did my first service (dip) and she is incredible. She is very quick and thorough and will check in with me during the service to see how I'm doing. Also has a great memory on your preferences (I like mine dipped three times versus two). I've seen some of the other ladies for manicure services and each of them did a phenomenal job as well. So I stumbled across this newer nail salon and tried them out at the beginning of May before my graduation. I was serviced by Lena and Alissa or Lyna (I can't remember). Either way first experience was amazing. Decided to go back after my graduation for my fill and another pedicure, so I made another appointment, hoping for the same amazing service I received the first time around. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. My appointment was with Winnie for my fill and Lee for my pedicure. Winnie was very rude and disrespectful towards me throughout the service. My pedicure was cold not to mention when I brought it to her attention, instead of her draining the cold water, she instead took a bucket to remove the cold water from the pedicure bowl. Which was very unsanitary. Then a customer from another race walks in and Winnie walked away from me to talk with her, then proceeded to tell me that she was going to end my service and have someone else help me so she could go work on the other customer who just walked in. I was livid. I would definitely not recommend coming here. They lack customer service and they over filed my nailed to the point the I had to go to another shop two days later to have my nails completely removed and redone. A total waste of my time and money...further more I was so disappointed and upset I literally was sitting there crying. All I wanted to do was relax and enjoy being pampered and this was the outcome of what was given to me. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

The initial results were lovely. But the nail prep and care was horrible. My person was having difficulties with the chrome and had to restart twice. As a result, she continued to file my nails, even though even I knew it was excessive and bad for my nails to file down to the nail bed 3 times she seemed to keep going. After the constant filing with the drill, she filed down my nail bed to the point where they are now extremely thin and brittle. I've gotten manicures for years and this has never been this bad. Even on the hand that she didn't have to restart, I can still tell that my nails were overfilled and damaged. You can see the level to where my nails are growing out and where she filed. I think nail health is super important and that nail techs should know when they are ruining your nails and I generally have strong nails even after I remove gel. Extremely upset and annoyed that I have I will have to deal with this for months until they fully grow out. read more

Stumbled upon this studio when I was walking between Walgreens & Starbucks and decided to pop in for am pedicure. The studio is beautiful and has a massive assortment of beautiful polishes that include cat eye, jelly, and chrome variations. You can immediately tell that this place is current / up-to-date on trends, and as a young person, this is what I look for in a nail studio. The pedicure itself was fantastic and has lasted for weeks already. I believe I paid $50 or maybe $60? For a gel pedicure and they did a nice scrub and massage with it & the lady spent her time making sure it looked perfect before finishing up, which I was extremely grateful for! Cleanliness is very important to me when it comes to a nail salon, I noticed that all the tools were clean and taken out of sealed packaging. The nail techs were gentle and paid attention to detail. They had a wide selection of colors and I picked a cat eye polish for my manicure. Andy took time on my pedicure and really got in there when he was scrubbing my feet with the pumice and removing the dead skin from my cuticles. Requested a fill and pedicure. Showed them an inspo pic for my nails, a shimmery pink base with a milky white French. My cuticles are all cut up and red and I was charged for cat eye but not cat eye was done and of course billed for French. Every French nail is different and the cuticles are also flooded with nail polish. Then for the pedicure, I requested multiple different colors from their collection but they don't have them, finally found a color and went with that. They kept cutting into the corner of my toe nail and every time I flinched my foot was pulled back, the water was cold and the plastic cover in the bowl kept getting wrapped around my foot. Then when it came to painting my nails they are horrible uneven like a child did them and there is more polish on my skin than my toes.
