She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. You can really tell that Lupe cares about her clients and takes a lot of pride in what she does. The facial itself was honestly amazing. My skin felt completely different afterward. It felt cleaner, smoother, healthier, and just refreshed overall. Since this was my first facial, I was really impressed by how much of a difference I noticed afterward.
