Instead of trying to accommodate or offer a reasonable solution, they pushed me to come back three hours later, which is completely unrealistic after already making that kind of drive. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.

This is a fairly new spa to the area and a mother-daughter team. The location is beautiful and easy to access. I had an exceptional experience with Grace.
