This was around 2:15... it looked pretty crowded, so I asked about the wait time and told them I had a meeting at 4. I was told it would just be a minute. I sat down and 30 minutes later tried to leave. At that point I was told they were running my water and not to leave... 30 minutes after that they put me in a chair. It was the most painful pedicure I've ever had. I sat there bleeding- but the tech just kept on going. I'm pretty sure she put something on to stop the excessive bleeding, but it definitely didn't stop the pain. 30 minutes and $53 later, she finished my pedicure- as I ran out the door to make my meeting. I was there an hour and a half and I don't think I'm going to be able to put shoes on for 3 days. I gave them 2 stars- because they greeted me immediately and although I was visibly writhing in pain, I might not have accurately expressed my feeling. It was loud and I watched several people come back in after having problems with their services.
