Service was attentive enough, they don't bother you much but do pay attention to see if you need anything. The ONE thing I wish Mgmt would do is take the time out to take better care of the ladies room. It looks pretty neglected: taped papers on the doors are half torn, sink looks bad with a giant paper towel there which looks like it's been in bad shape too. Just a little extra care of this would really make the restaurant better. Pride in your place would reflect that in the care is all I am saying. This was a place I found on Yelp when I was in Las Vegas. It was close to where we were staying and it was a short drive from the strip. The staff were friendly and the service was prompt. However they were trying to get people in and out as quickly as they could. The place is pretty big so it was entirely full the whole time during our wait which probably was about 20 minutes. It took awhile to take our orders and stuff but again understandable due to the holiday. Delicious authentic Vietnamese food. Checked out this place during a visit to Vegas on a cold, windy evening. The hot soup hit the spot and we tried some non-typical dishes including the Hue Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and the House Special Rice dish which comes with a little sampling of everything. Also had the usual egg rolls and Pho Tai and everything was great. The server was friendly and cracked some jokes as well. It took a while for me to finally make it back to this spot. It was a little quiet so service moved fairly quick. I ordered the pork banh mi which was flavorful and the bread soft and crispy at the same time. The seafood noodle soup was a disappointment, unfortunately it came out lukewarm and since we were sat under the A/C it got cold fast. I saw the good reviews for this place so I was really excited to go here, especially since it seemed like a great option off the strip. I thought the service could have been a lot better though, and the food was just okay comparative to how the service left a bit to be desired. From the get go our server was very short with us which set the tone for the rest of the meal, which lacked a lot of attentiveness. The food was fine but nothing special. The pho had such fatty pieces of meat I couldn't even finish it. The bread on the bánh mì was good but the rest of it was just okay. Inside the restaurant it kind of has an industrial vibe, nothing too fancy. Big tables, that kind of thing. We went here to celebrate a graduating senior with our entire family. They had plenty of space and were organized in getting all of our orders (there was at least 20 of us in total). The food was good! I won't say it is the best Vietnamese food I've had but it definitely hits the spot. I think for me, the broth could've been hotter to help cook some of the veggies/meat since it was cold when I drank it. The fresh and fried spring rolls hit hard though! Especially the fresh spring rolls since they had a lot of protein in it. We felt pretty rushed to leave despite having around 40min left until the actual closing time. They gave us the bill and also asked which food items needed to be boxed when we were still eating. We ended up leaving around 25min before actual closing time and we saw them take in a few more orders for people who entered afterwards. Great place for Vietnamese food. We were in Vegas and wanted food away from the Strip. Tried LV Pho 7 and it was a nice meal. We went for an early dinner around 5pm on a Monday. Place was pretty empty with only 3 or 4 other parties around. Parking was easy and we were seated right away. The interior décor is nice and very clean. Even when it's slow, I saw staff going around cleaning, wiping tables, etc. Food wise, the portions were very large and perfect for the price. The pho was very good. Broth had a lot of flavor, lots of noodles and proteins, no complaints. The vermicelli dish with bbq pork, shrimp paste, egg rolls, were great. It's my usual go to dish at a Vietnamese restaurant when I don't want pho and this one didn't disappoint. The pork was grilled well and full of flavor. Egg rolls were tasty and the shrimp paste was one of my favorite parts of the dish. Lots of noodles and veggies to make the dish complete. Mine came with so much brisket and tri tip that it was almost too much. The flavor of the tri-tip had a smoky/sweetness to it. The tripe and tendon which, I like more, I wish there was more of these. But, for the price and size of the bowls it is well worth it. Also, this place is better and has better rating than Pho Kim Long. There the waitlist is way to long and is not as tasty. The servers are very friendly and attentive. We appreciate this as always. My wife's Bun was good too but the vermicelli is not as good as the ones they use for their pho(?). Decided to hit up this spot since my parents wanted Vietnamese food. The customer service was good but the food was average. On the table: Combination rice plate 4/5 Can't go wrong with com tam and you really can't mess it up. However side salad could have been more leafy greens instead of ends. Oxtail Pho: 4.5/5 Oaxtail was tender and they gave you tons of noodles. Broth wasn't oily and it was flavorful. Banh Mi Op la: 2/5 I know don't judge me for getting a egg banh mi but I was craving it. However it could have used some more mayo and had soy sauce in it. It was so bland. Id add pate and butter mayo for more flavor along with soy sauce. Baguette was slightly toasted so it was a bit tough and chewy. Com bo luc lac: The tomato rice was really flavorful and fluffy. Mixed with eggs. The meat was very tender but it was too sweet. Whatever it was marinated in didn't go well for bo luc lac. Bum Tom and cha gio: I didn't taste this so I can't review it. My family needs our pho fix on every vacation we go to, so LV Pho 7 was the choice this time. This is a good spot for standard pho and Vietnamese dishes. Just dropped by and absolutely loved this Pho Spot! First and foremost LV Pho 7 has the best service I've gotten at a pho restaurant. Ab older gentlemen and Vin helped us and the service was amazing! My best friend and I were dining at this establishment on May 11, 2026, when we witnessed multiple serious health, sanitation, and customer service violations that completely ruined our meal and raised grave concerns about the overall cleanliness and professionalism of this facility. Pest Activity: Two live cockroaches crawling underneath our table while we were actively eating Flies present throughout the dining area Photographic evidence of cockroach taken on the premises The simultaneous presence of cockroaches and flies in the dining area strongly indicates a severe and unresolved infestation. If pests are this visible to customers in the dining room, conditions in the kitchen are deeply concerning. Employee Hygiene Violations: A food handler was observed working without a hair net/bonnet An employee had multiple Band-Aids on her face while handling food a direct open wound contamination risk A gloved employee was observed touching her hair, hat, and wiping sweat from her face without changing gloves before continuing to handle food -- a serious cross-contamination violation Customer Service: Our waiter, a tall, slender gentleman with gray hair, was extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, he responded with attitude and made us feel unwelcome for simply asking legitimate questions about our dining experience. This is not an isolated incident. A review of Southern Nevada Health District inspection records reveals a documented pattern of pest control failures at this location: January 13, 2026 -- 20 demerits, "Effective pest control measures" cited as a violation February 24, 2021 -- 8 demerits, "Effective pest control measures" cited as a violation No customer should have to witness pest activity underneath their table, observe employees mishandling food with contaminated gloves, or be treated rudely for raising valid health concerns.
