    Vermicelli salad with grilled shrimp
    mich l.

Went there Friday night for dinner I'm so glad they're back from their vacation and they're open again. I missed their food and of course because it was Friday I ordered vermicelli salad with grilled shrimp and it was delicious. The cooked their vermicelli right, not too soggy and not too salty, I think it was unflavored so you can use the house fish sauce provided. Service was always excellent since we were patrons and they knew us Mo always talk to us how everything is and how their their vacation went. It's a casual restaurant and they get local and tourists alike for customers. Make sure to check their website before going to the restaurant. Plenty of parking space!!

Came here on a wintry Friday night and the restaurant was literally empty of customers, so we got seated instantly. We were told by the waitress that they use online ordering and paying so despite the restaurant being completely void of other patrons, my party had to take several minutes to type in our credit card payment information and contact information on our phones just to place a simple order for a bowl of pho. I would say that was my biggest gripe about the meal. The pho itself was above average in my opinion! Would not hesitate to come back. Portion is very generous for about $17-$18. I wish their meat options were more extensive like at other pho restaurants. Here, you're limited to only choices of rare steak, brisket, tendon, chicken, and meatballs. They also have their specialty oxtail pho. I love tripe in my pho so was disappointed to see it wasn't offered here. They give a very generous amount of garnishes on the side. They have hoisin, sriracha, and sambal on the table. We had to ask for black pepper. Overall not my favorite pho in Vegas but it's good enough to come back!

Most authentic Vietnamese soup in vegas for a dude who been to Vietnam. Love the bone hock found in their bowl. Rich flavor in their pho. Red and white cabbage for soup adds another layer of crunch in the soup while adding fiber. Not found in any other pho place I know. Family owned hole in the wall.

Still the best pho and definitely the best nem nuong. The nem nuong would be my last meal on earth. Mo is ALSO still the best! Good conversations with good people! Always excellent service and always plays the best music!

The food here is excellent. The server was kind. It's different though. No menus and you order of your phone. 4 1/2 stars if they go back to traditional paper menu.

We got take out to take back to work by ordering in restaurant. It was a pretty easy experience and the person helping us was very helpful with the menu. The place looked a little bit older and was a bit dark with the paint and window availability but it was clean and didn't smell weird. The front is a bit cluttered with some to-go locker thing but it wasn't too big of a detriment. While we waited, they gave us updates of when things would be ready, offered us water and gave us a sample of the fresh pressed sugar cane. They also seemed to give a lot of attention to the people dining in on the other side of the wall, so with my experience, I'd say the service here was pretty good. The to-go items were packed really well. My co-workers and boss loved the chicken pho they got. My boss is a pho aficionado, and said the broth was excellent. I got a bun bowl and I thought it was excellent. There were plenty of noodles and veggies, all fresh and delicious. The grilled chicken had great flavor and was moist and tender. The nuoc cham had great flavor as well. My bun bowl also came with a spring roll that was very good as well. I also highly recommend their drinks. I ordered a pineapple, peach, mango black tea special and it was perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness and perfect additions of the basil seeds and longan bits (and fresh pineapple!) This place was so good, I'm hoping we order from it again, instead of the fast food/casino food we have in our immediate area.

    Smoked Oxtail Pho, absolutely incredible
    Shawn H.

The best Pho in town, but what truly separates them from the rest....the smoked oxtail pho! It is incredibly tender, literally falling off the bone in my video. Lots of smoke flavor, in a rich oily broth. Little splash of lime is all you need. Yes, the broth is different than the Pho Tai and similar, so you'll need to spend the extra bucks for the tails, but you'll thank me later ;)

Food: salad noodle bowl with grilled chicken and egg roll. We have been coming here for years. The food is so fresh and special. What makes this place a standout is the extra touches that make it next level. The umami flavors and textures (love the leaves that taste like ume plum), along with the most tender chicken and freshest of ingredients. It is clear there is love and care in each of these dishes from the owner. Service: use your phone to scan the code on your phone and pre-pay on your phone. A robot will bring you your food. When people come in from out of town, we take them here and they are always impressed and the quality and flavor.

Pho Bosa is a hidden gem. First off I don't really crave com tam but I've decided to venture out of my comfort zone. I ordered the rice plate with short ribs, the pork and egg loaf, egg roll, and it was SO GOOD. I've been converted. I came another time and gave the pho a try after hearing some friends mention how good it was when they came to visit and I'm so glad I did because so far out of the handful of pho places I've tried in China town, pho bosa has been the BEST in terms of flavor.

Love this place!!! We have been followed the owner for over a decade to three of the restaurant locations. With years, different (much better and more spacious) locations, but what never changes is the great tastes and friendly service. Inside the spring rolls are the extremely crunchy thing which is so delicious. The red broth noodles are my to go in a cold weather. And their rice plater is definitely the best. Love the dry noodles, too. Really hope they can bring the panini back!

Surprisingly solid bowl of pho. Large amount of ingredients and meat. Bonus for having a good portion of mint cudaments on the side. Came in on a Thursday afternoon. Found this hole in the wall. I like to try a new pho place as opting as I can living in Las Vegas so decided to try here. Off the beaded path. I was the only one in the restaurant for the first 10 minutes. One person came after me. Overall I would come back

Sorry yes. We had a death in family. We will be back open soon.

Why do they have a voicemail from 5/14/21 saying they are closed and to call back for an update? I called today and still have the same message.

    I think they closed forever

And asked me who let me use my cup before, "the corporate is watching the cameras and the person might get fired". How put off can a "corporate person" be? I told him this and he turned around and got another employee to take my order. Thank god! All the employees there are great and "the corporate guy" shouldn't be trying to help customers, especially this one if he's so full of himself. Honestly, I can't see how he can train anyone and is probably a bad influence for all the good employees there. It would be very beneficial for the environment to let people use their own cup...for those who actually care about the future. I am sure there's a way to do this and I hope you can find a way for the environment. I bring my cup to all drink places and since after Covid, it is not a problem for any establisbment.

I ordered two smoothies - Million dollar smoothie and Athlete smoothie, and both were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and energizing. As someone who works out regularly, I could really feel the difference--these weren't just tasty, they gave me that extra boost to power through the rest of my day. From a service standpoint, everything was seamless. By the time I arrived, my order was already ready, which I really appreciated. The team greeted me right away with a friendly attitude, confirmed my order, and made sure everything was correct. One standout moment was how they immediately acknowledged me when I walked in and asked if I needed anything else before leaving--it felt genuine and attentive, not rushed. The atmosphere had a clean, upbeat, and welcoming vibe. You can tell it's a place focused on health and positivity, with an energy that matches the brand. Even though I was just picking up, the environment felt refreshing and well put together. Overall, great experience across the board--efficient service, quality products, and a positive vibe. Although it does have the usual Vegas Strip tax, I think it's a pretty solid spot for matcha that is tougher to find in these central Vegas hotels. Sunlife Organics is located right next to Easy's Donuts (if you haven't been to Vegas often, Sunlife takes the place of Easy's Donuts while Easy's Donuts is now to the right of its original location). This is right next to also Proper Eats Food Court and hard to miss if you're walking on the main pathway on level 2 of the Aria. From the times I've been there, there has rarely been a line or a long line here, so I've usually been able to order pretty quickly. However, it does take a little extra time to make seemingly many of the items here so just make sure to account for that time! I ordered the iced matcha latte. On the menu, it mentions they use ceremonial matcha Note that the original version of this here includes superfood creamer, honey, and oat milk. I personally like my matcha without any sweetner, so I took out the creamer and honey. Overall, it's a pretty good matcha although I think the oat milk they use is a little too strong flavor-wise. But I think the matcha itself tastes solid - a little earthy and not very bitter. I've usually paid about $9.50 getting the matcha which is expensive but again, being on the Strip not surprising. There are also a number of other items like acai bowls and customizable smoothies. Yes - there are better matcha spots outside of the Strip area for a better price. But if you're looking for something healthy-ish and near the Aria, it's not a bad stop!
