This is the 1st time that I ever wrote 2 reviews (for different issues) for the same business. But LV Plumbing definitely deserves my time to write another good review for them. Here comes the story for the second review. It is a bit long but please stay with it as the details speak for itself. On last Thursday, Noa (LV Plumbing) did a faucet replacement job at my rental. He did an excellent job so I left a good review. But then the next day, tenant called and complained about another water leak from the water heater. They said Noa did something to the water boiler and after that it has been leaking. It sounds like the tenant is implying something. It is hard to believe a "faucet replacement" had anything to do with another leak at different location in the system. But since I am an water idiot, I had no choice to call LV Plumbing to see if Noa can help. I texted him late on Friday afternoon at 2:30pm. I really did not expect him to reply back until next week as the long weekend is coming up. To my surprise, Noa called me back 3 mins later. OMG, that is crazily fast customer service. I passed on my tenant story to Noa and he was NOT defensive at all and took the time to explain what he did around the water heater (shutting off the valve, etc). Everything he explained sound reasonable. In my mind the new leak is just a coincident and has nothing to do from his prior work yesterday. And yet at the end of the conversation he was willing to come by later the same day between 5 and 6 pm to check out the leak. WOW how often you get that kind of willingness to help!!!! And then "exactly" at 5pm, I received a text from him saying he is on his way. My goodness, this is another going above my expectation with his precise and transparent communication to ensure you that the needed help is coming as precisely the time that he promised. When he is done fixing everything he called and explained the new leak is simply the pressure relief valve was not working properly and caused the leak. He took the time and patient to take pictures and video showing before and after he replaced the valve. Then another surprise, at 5:41pm he texted me saying this "I am done over there and don't worry about the payment. Have a good weekend" So he was done for all that in less than an hour. "And did not ask for payment" === I am speechless! I then insisted that I must pay. Guess what, he later only invoiced me for $45 only, That is labor and materials included. I am sure everyone knows how expensive everything this day is, especially the labor around Bay Area is so crazy. What the hack, even the time to drive from/to my rental would have caused more than that. I will send him some extra after this review. But I wanted to let all future prospects know even though I only had two projects with him but I am certain that I can trust his integrity and honesty which are the most important thing in Servicing Professional. Anyway, to sum it up this guy is - fast - honest - reliable - Turstworthy - able to handle customer (in a complaint mode) with calm and effective communication. - very professional - very transparent - able to set the expectation very clear (about the arrival time) - and certainly not over charging (at least that's how I felt as I am not looking for the cheapest). One special thing to note here is: I requested 10 quotes for my project. I had a rough idea of what the cost would be because of previous jobs and Noa's quote was easily the most honest and fair so paid him a bit extra as a token of appreciation since honesty is hard to come by these days. Reached out on yelp to get both water valves replaced above my washer. LV Plumbing, Noa, was the only company to give me a quote with the pictures I sent. Was able to get an appointment right away. Noa replaced both valves and also figured out why I was having issues with 1 of my valves. Did a great job. I won't be looking for another plumber any more. I highly recommend LV Plumbing. We scheduled an urgent appointment with Noa to replace our cracked master bath sink, leaking faucet, and leaking shut off valves. He arrived on time and was both professional and polite. I first contacted Noa about an estimate for 2 plumbing leaks under the house on yelp. We just purchased a house in Concord and it was in the inspection report. He was quick to respond and was knowledgeable with our questions. I got a few other companies to come out and give bids but ultimately decided on having Noa do the work after speaking with my husband on the phone. He showed up on time and was experienced in fixing our issues. What we thought was the initial leak turned out to be something else that needed replacing. Since then, we have had Noa fix a plethora of plumbing issues in the house. He replaced the corroded water line leading to the outside faucet, fixed the leak in the master bathroom sink, did the rough plumbing for the hall shower and installed the new faucet and shower afterwards. Recently we also closed off the leaky faucets for the utility sink in the garage and had a pipe installed instead for a washer. Noa is a very honest plumber and excellent at what he does. Just an all around nice guy! We HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled licensed plumber that does repairs correctly and efficiently. Hopefully we don't have anymore urgent repairs in the near future but if we do, Noa is the first and only person we'd call! read more

Yesterday I was in a huge pinch. I attempted to replace my shower faucet on my own and mistakenly hit the pressure valve leading to water spilling everywhere. While I was able to stop the water on my own, I had to shut off water to my entire home. I called about 10 different plumbers in the area and finally came across LV Plumbing late on a Saturday! Manoa was fantastic, I called the night before and he was at my door promptly during the window of arrival. I had a particularly awful clogged drain ~20ft from my sink upstairs. I tried to unclog it myself for a few hours but couldn't do it. Noa was able to clear the clog in ~45 minutes and run it out for another 20 feet to ensure it was clear. Afterwards he put the sink back together and cleaned up the entire area, even messes that he didn't make during the unclogging. I called several places looking to replace my water heater as it had broken and began leaking the weekend before Christmas. Had a fantastic quote given over text. Completed the project taking out old RO system without any major issues. I made the YELP rounds with 3 other plumbers but LV plumbing is in a league of its own with its quote. I was having trouble installing a new part in my toilet. I got on Yelp to look for help. LV Plumbing answered very quickly and I was able thru their messenger app. to make an appointment for later that same evening.
