I ended up buying $41 worth of randomly bagged candy for me and my fam and in return I got a stamped reward card for June- If you spend 40 bucks in a transaction, you get a stamp for the month. Get 3 months stamped by October and you get a $20 gift card- more stamps equals a higher denomination gift card but I don't remember what she said. She also threw in a handful of samples while checking out. I guess this is a new thing bc I was at a see's candies in Reno earlier in the week and they also gave me a healthy serving of samples (almond royales & peppermint krispies). This location gave me an even more generous sample of almond royales and cafe latte krispies. Love it. Will I be back? Always.

I came in specifically to use my points for a free pre-roll. I let the bud tender know my intent was to apply my points to an order I had already placed online. The bud tender ran into an issue applying the points, and after coming back, called me the wrong name -- Christopher. My name is David. Not even close, but more importantly, I was then told the system was down and they were unable to redeem my points. I understand technical issues happen, but what disappointed me was that no alternative solution was offered. No manager stepped in, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience, and I left after driving 15 minutes specifically for this reward. To make matters worse, my points still show as redeemed despite not receiving the benefit. After being a loyal customer and spending thousands here, I expected a better level of customer service and accountability. This experience, combined with reduced hours and the long wait times that can come with the drive-thru, has made this location far less convenient than it used to be. This place WAS great, and I've had many good experiences here over the years. However, with the current experience and the other options available, I would recommend customers consider other dispensaries where their time, loyalty, and money may be valued more.

After calling again, she said she's no longer accepting our order because we ordered from the parking lot when she just told us we can move to the next door lot. Petty, unprofessional, and lacking basic customer service skill. High on a power trip. Sadly, one extremely poor experience ruins all prior good experiences. EDIT: A white girl inside helped my husband and let us know that the manager would not be in until later and asked if there was anything further she could do to help. A person who understands the owner's bottom line is to make money which we're trying to give them while not even pushing back on a difficult employee's rules and trying to comply to no avail.
