Decided to try this place by ordering delivery. I love croissants so I was looking forward to trying their food. I forgot to take photos of the dessert one with Nutella, and my husbands turkey blt sandwich. I only posted my tuna and egg, and blueberry matcha latte. The croissant was just ok. It's not like the buttery flaky soft inside ones I've had at several different places. My tuna and egg didn't have flavor. Even the tuna sandwiches at Panera have more flavor than Lviv. My dessert croissant was ok. It was filled with Nutella which is fine. My husbands turkey avocado blt was not to his liking. He ate half , and couldn't eat anymore. But the worse part was sending my drink without covering the top of the lid for safety reasons. The deliverer could've tampered with my drink. Starbucks and over places I've ordered drinks from, would cover the lids with tape over the hole, or Starbucks would cover the hole with a small stick on disk for tamper free transport. Visited here because of the amazing reviews, but my experience was a little different than I had expected. The restaurant was not busy on a weekday afternoon so I thought I'd be really quick. My order was a plain croissant and a latte to go. The staff were not very friendly, which is a rare experience given it's still new and it should feel inviting. It took 20 minutes to receive my order. During that time it seemed like the lady making coffee took her break so everyone that ordered coffee had to wait. When it was made, it was burning hot while the croissant was not at all flaky, instead chewy/doughy. Very disappointing for $9. We stopped by on Lviv's opening day and they were packed! The line never stopped and the workers persevered. You could tell they were working hard to keep everyone happy and honestly it was amazing to watch how well they worked together. The food was really good. The croissants themselves are so light and tender, and the place smells like you just walked into a bakery in Paris. I got the small Pastrami croissant and a Pistachio sweet croissant. The sandwich could have used just a little more meat inside, if I had my way, but the taste was amazing, I just wanted a tiny bit more. Popular croissant shop in the Sound End. It's an international chain and the first one to open up in WA state and the West Coast. It's located at Kent Station near Hwy 167. They just had their grand opening so if you can brave the long line check it out but if not, just wait a couple weeks. Surface parking is free but it can be difficult to find a spot since it's shared with other businesses. If you don't want to circle around trying to find a spot, it's better to park in the garage across the street. Parking is free there too. I went in the morning. It was pretty busy. They give you a pager after you order. Estimated wait time was satisfactory given the hype. I imagine around lunch time the wait time goes up significantly. Customer service was friendly. Good quality food and the prices are reasonable. I liked their almond blueberry croissant. Good spot to grab breakfast before waiting in the Social Security line. I was absolutely delighted with my order. The ingredients are fresh and appetizing, and combined in perfect proportion. The croissants themselves are fresh and puffy with the perfect degree of crunchiness and texture. The lavender matcha latte was a unique, tasty, and enjoyable drink. The restaurant itself is modern and clean, and with nice decor including Ukrainian flourishes. There is an outdoor seating area, which you may need to use due to the tremendous popularity of the place. The staff, mostly bilingual (Ukrainian and English) provides competent and friendly service with a smile. The only negative is that the popularity of Lviv Croissants can make for somewhat long lines and a bit of a wait for your order. But it is well worth your patience for a marvelous payoff. I ordered two small croissants online with my first/last name and after I paid, I did not receive an email or a text confirmation. I thought that was weird.. so I checked my bank statement and I saw that I was charged. I thought I should be good to go as long as my name was provided at pick up. My boyfriend went in to pick the order up and they refused to give it to him after he provided my full name because they needed more information to confirm the order was ours. I walked in and asked if I could pick up my order and again, I was told that I needed more information.. i had absolutely no confirmation from them that this order was mine, other than my bank statement, which I provided. They were still very hesitant to give me my order even though I was able to provide my full name at walk in and my bank statement which matched the receipt on the bag. Eventually, they ended up letting me take my order after discussing privately. In my opinion, that was very disappointing. Food was great but that totally threw me off. Reply to owner because it's not giving me the option to write back: I understand that you guys were having issues with fraud, but that should have been disclosed with us from the beginning.
