I have never taken time to write a bad review before! But I have to.. I'm not even sure what she did to my nails, but they look terrible. (Went in for a fill and polish, and my nails were cut down shorter than my real nails would've been.) I waited a day to see if I would like them the next day, but that didn't work. So, I called the salon, and was told I could have a $10 credit or come to have my nails reshaped (?) but that's all they could do for me. The service I paid for the day prior was $40 for a fill and shellac polish. Won't ever go back! Terrible service. read more

I went there with my boyfriend yesterday August 7, 2016. We both had Orange Pedicures and I had a manicure. The nail tech, cut open my boyfriend's big toe, next to the nail and it bled for a while. The toe was tender and swollen all night. My tech, did not do a comprehensive pedicure as I still have spots he missed and my toe nails are not filed evenly. My manicure was feebly performed, my cuticles were not properly treated and the polish just peeled off. I spent $36 for each pedicure and 12 my manicure, that's more than $80 for services that were sub-par. read more

I was pretty disappointed in this nail salon. I typically go to the Oak Creek location and have always had a good experience. I called last minute so I was grateful the salon could accommodate me. I asked for an express pedicure and dip manicure. I have to say the woman that did my pedicure was great.The woman that did my dip manicure I didn't care for. It could be because things were done differently than any other salon I'd been to for the dip service. First, I thought it was strange she didn't wrap my nails but instead left me to soak them in acetone bowls. Just the thought of how that liquid felt directly on my skin makes it crawl. I also thought it was weird that to dry the top coat she didn't use the light bit instead had me place my hands in front of a little fan . I paid $90 (tip included) for both services. When I got home I noticed almost all my nails dried with some weird texture, I can only assume it came from using the fan? I'm writing this review 12 days after my appointment and many of my nails are chipped which also hasn't happened with this manicure before, at least not so soon... so all in all I'd say it was disappointing. I was hoping for $90 I'd leave loving my nails but I didn't. I don't know that I'll go back to this location. read more

Every time I come into a place like this I have a sense of anxiety to be honest. I struggle when I do not understand what is being said to me and to everyone else. I also feel it is unprofessional to be speaking a foreign language to other employees while not trying to engage the customer you are with. I know that in many nail salons this is the case, I just don't know why we accept it? I was hoping this place would be different. I had heard that people love this place and they are busy all the time. So my 2 daughters and I went for a pedicure. The pedicures were great, my feet are awesome, they give a GREAT service. But I think that is what you are paying for here, just a quick service to meet a need, I'm ok with it as long as I know what to expect. The place is clean, they seemed to follow all the appropriate sanitation requirements that I would imagine one would want to have followed. My feet feel great and my polish looks great too. The complaint I have is that there was no conversation with the nail tech, no effort, really, even when I tried. My daughters and I sat for about 20 minutes after our pedicures to wait for someone to help us pay. I spent $120 for the pedicures, I would think they would want my money, ya know :) And they never said that they did not accept tips on credit cards, so I had to run and go get cash to tip the technicians, had there been an signage, I could have run to the ATM during my 20 min waiting time to check out to grab some cash. While we were there for our pedicures there was a constant stream of people coming in waiting for services. And constant conversation between employees in a foreign language. I kinda felt like a Seinfeld scene, and wondered if they were talking about me. So, buyer beware, know what you are getting and go with the flow. In this case, it was a treat for the 3 of us to get pedicures together. It was a Sunday and no other place was open, so we gave it a try. I wouldn't NOT go in again, I just would be prepared for the experience knowing I was getting a great deal. I guess we got what we paid for, and sometimes that's ok too! read more

I LOVE the staff at this salon. I'm a regular client that experiences great service complete with a friendly staff that has several techs that are very fluent in English. The shop is clean, organized and very conveniently located to shopping - a girl's fav! I am constantly getting compliments on my nails. My shellac last the full 2 weeks! Came here one time because I was desperate to get my nails done. Jokes me because it seems even when I'm desperate, I'm better off going somewhere else. Came to this place a week ago, and got a full acrylic set. Service was okay, but it took an extremely long time for my nails despite me getting no chip, it took an hour and 35 to be exact. i went to this salon with a friend and they were very rough. They were so rough with my friend that they caused her cuticles to bleed. I ended up getting a bacterial infection because their utensils were not properly sterilized, and when I went back for a refund, the woman told me that it was a hangnail (which was of course not true since I had been diagnosed with an infection common from manicures done with dirty tools). Disappointed in the service. I made an appointment to have a manicure and pedicure done for a special occasion. The pedicure was great, then came the manicure. I wasn't asked whether I wanted acrylics or not and she just began taking off my cuticles. She asked if I wanted my nails clipped and I told her I wanted acrylics. She seemed shocked and called someone else over to discuss it. I apologized because I didn't know if it was too late or if I should have specified without them having to ask, but she assured me it was okay before leaving and having someone else finish my nails. The woman told me it was going to be an extra $15, and I agreed, thinking she meant $15 more than the basic manicure, which made sense. By this point, I had been in the salon awhile and wasn't really paying attention to how she was doing my nails. Afterward, they were lumpy and thick, with ridges on some of them, and a huge gap between the nail and my cuticle, making it look like they had already been growing out for a couple of weeks. When I went to pay, the bill was $15 more than the normal acrylic price and I ended up spending over $100 for a mediocre manicure and pedicure when I calculated to be spending around $60-$70. They couldn't explain this upcharge to me. The friend that I brought along was also charged $40 for a basic manicure when the price is stated at $15. read more

MEAN GIRLS! I had a "mean girls" experience. The owner Tiffany and the technician Sally had a great time talking about not me and laughing at me in their native tongue. They messed up my appointment AGAIN so I was stuck with Sally. She worked fast on my feet but was extremely rough and she continued to pinch my skin with those tools. After asking her to slow down and take it easy, the "abuse" continued. The same terrible service was given during my manicure. I've never had both done in less than 50 minutes. I'm a great tipper but she didn't deserve a dime. I would encourage anyone looking for a mani/pedi to keep driving to another spa. I started coming here for the pedicures about 2 years ago. They have upgraded all their chairs and their service is pretty good. The nail services are good too but they only have a few really artistic people on staff so you have to let them know when you have a particular design in mind up front. They will replicate just about anything. Its a very clean and welcoming environment for the price. Oh and... book an appt. They can get really crowded on the weekends and give their appts priority over walkins (meaning they will wait for a scheduled appt, which I LOVE) so it just pays to be prepared. read more

I had a shellac manicure and pedicure done recently. My manicure started peeling after two days. They fixed my nail for free but that same day it continued to peel. After that I easily peeled each nail off in a single rubbery strip without any nail polish remover. My toes lasted about five days before one fell off and I easily peeled the rest off each in a single rubbery piece. I have had shellac done about five times total elsewhere, and it typically is solid and lasts until it grows out and is very difficult to remove. I have never had peeling or chipping issues until Ly Ly. 88$ and a tip wasted. read more

My first time at this salon was not a good one. My friend (who chose the place) and I went together. I got a classic manicure, and the woman who did my nails was not only unprofessional, but sloppy. She accidentally stabbed into my cuticles twice (I have two scabs days later) and instead of apologizing, sighed and said "I knew that was going to happen." Bad attitude. I paid before she started painting my nails, and I tipped her fairly well in hopes that she would do a good job. The polish is uneven on my nails, with bubbles and splotches. My friend was done with hers before me, and hadn't gotten the opportunity to pay yet. We waited for 15 minutes, expecting someone to come to the desk and ask for her to pay. Finally I flagged someone down to give us some attention and they bickered with one another about it until she finally got her chance to pay and leave. I won't be returning. read more

I got my nails on a Sunday because the shop I normally go to was closed. I got a fill on my overlay. I was told that there was only on person that did acrylic so I had to wait. On Monday my nails started to crack and one broke down really far which has never happened before. I went back on Friday to get it fixed and the later that night one out of the 3 nails that I got fixed broke down really far into my nail bed. So now I am not only in pain I have to go get my a fake nail and spend more money. I spent $50 and my nails normally last 2 weeks and they didn't even last a week. I came as a walk-in today and was told that there'd be a 30 min wait for a nail fill...okay, cool. Towards the 30 min mark a woman who I assume is the owner/boss tells me only 3 out of 7282 techs in the place know how to so nails so I would have to wait for the next available one. An hour and 15 min later, I am leaving with undone nails. A teen helper took my polish off during the wait so now my nails look worse than when I came. Never again... read more

My first experience was good. I believe his name is Tai ? He gave me an overall really nice pedicure for the basic price and did a good job in my gel set. Then explained to me the additional packages so that I could pick a different (more expensive option but I didn't mind because he did such an awesome job) next time. I was excited because I assumed that the other packages would be even better! So going back another time he was busy and I had a different person. I did choose the 41.00 option and I was not pleased. My feet are still rough on the bottom and I tried to communicate things to her that I was not pleased with and no reaction, no comment. I barely got a foot massage when it said I should get an "oolala foot massage". She did not help me with my shoes to go the nail bar to get my nails done and I just felt really greasy. I had to turn of my chair massage which was the only decent part because the chair massage was making her "mess up". The lady who did my nails was honest about questions I was asking her although she did end it with "but I do want your money" and then giggled. But I didn't find that funny. I decided to go with just a gel as I finally have a little nail length. She did very little filing and they are not even. The color is nice. Nothing worse then paying over 90 dollars for a nails and pedicure you didn't event enjoy. My feet should be soft as a baby's bottom. The lady who did my nails asked me how was my pedicure and I told her it was just ok and explained why and there was no gesture to ask my how could my experience could have been better. Point blank and period .. If you go, ask for Tai. I felt like he was the only good one. Otherwise I probably won't go back. I could go to a cheap nail salon for that kind of junk "spa" treatment. Will never go to this nail shop again. I first started going three years ago. Overall I thought the place was nicely put together but the employees are rude and the prices mysteriously go up whenever they feel like. I wanted a full shellac set and they told me it would be $40. I thought that was kind of pricey taking the fact I've gotten full sets done for cheaper at other places. Anywho, they did great nails. So I continued to go. Each experience was good after that. One time I went in, I got a fill, my toes painted as well as my daughter's toes. I did the math in my head and figured out what I needed to pay. So when it was time to pay, the nail tech gave me a different price. So I asked her why is it that much. She said it was $40 for a fill and $10 for my feet and $5 for my daughter's. I said no, a fill should be $30 because I've always paid $40 for a full set. She argued with me and told me that a full set was $50 and has always been. I told her that I have never paid $50 for a full set there for as long as I've been going and never will. She argued so much with me, I just paid her and left. They make their own prices up whenever they feel like it. And also started charging extra if you wanted stiletto nails which I have never had to pay extra for. read more

Went there on a Wednesday evening in September 2012. Had the worst pedicure of my life. They used to do a good job, but I was woefully disappointed this last time. The lady that did my pedicure spent the whole time looking around the salon and engaging in conversation with the other workers. She cut my nails unevenly, only massaged one foot, and almost scraped the skin off my legs with her exfoliant scrub. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. read more
