But I said admittedly sharply though not rudely yet "Is this new?" because this security guard has let me in before with my backpack. "No ma'am it's always been policy." I turned around to leave, my PROBLEM HOWEVER? Tell me why your buggy pusher CHASED ME DOWN, yelling at me: "Ma'am! You need to calm down! Ma'am! It's store policy! Ma'am! Nobody is going to go through your bag! Everybody has to leave their bag up front" I snapped finally. "I don't care that it's store policy. I can make the choice not to shop here as my bag contains medication that I desperately need."
