The service I received today from Courtney was nothing short of knowledgeable and top notch the food was a bonus!!!!

Stopped in today at lunch time. Not many people in here and there should be. It is very clean and the service was excellent. I got a number 7 and that was a lot of food. It could easily feed two. They screwed up my husband's order, and then tried to tell me that he ordered what she gave him. She made him get out of the drive-through line because it wasn't done. He moved his car and watched five more people come through the drive-through and order fish before he got his. He ordered four piece fish, one slaw, one french fry, and a Diet Coke. He didn't get his fries. He got two coleslaw's. When I called to to tell them what had happened, the lady answered the phone with Chico fish we're not taking any more call in orders. (It was 9:46, they close at 10:00.) Which was very rude to start with. Then she said, " how do you know what he ordered you weren't in the car?" I said, "it doesn't matter if I was in the car or not he told me before he left the house what he was going after, and I know he told you what he wanted." But she kept hollering at me and telling me no that's not what he ordered. What happened to the customer is always right? I said, "it doesn't matter you didn't do the order right, he's on his way to get his fries." She then said," he better make it in five minutes and he needs to bring back that coleslaw."....wait...WHAT??? I have never dealt with any restaurant who has screwed up my order and treated me like a piece of crap. I'm going to call corporate and I'm going to complain about the Pine Bluff restaurant. The lady was rude, she was a large woman with tattoos all over her, I wished I had gotten her name. That's the only way I can describe her from what my husband said. Rude. Rude. Rude. Rude. She screwed up the order, she wants to say that my husband screwed up the order, and he didn't. That man always orders fish, slaw, fries, and a diet coke. He never strays from that order. So I know that he didn't tell her he wanted two coleslaw's. That is The rudest experience I have ever had with a restaurant who has screwed up my order. When you screw up somebody's order, you're supposed to fix it and treat them like they're a valued customer. I have spent tons of money in that restaurant and I will never ever go back. And I'm going to Facebook right now to give you the best horrible rating I possibly can. AND, I'm calling corporate. I'm skipping contacting her boss, and I'm calling corporate. She is the rudest, and obnoxious person who has no business waiting on the public. She also failed to put any napkins or eating utensils in the bag as well. When it gets close to closing time, they get obnoxious and careless because all they're thinking about is getting out of there and going home. If I owned a restaurant, if somebody came through my drive-through at two minutes till 10 and I closed at 10 I would take their order and be courteous and kind and thankful they came to my restaurant. If the hours say they close at 10 o'clock, then you should be able to go in at 9:59 and make an order. That's just how it used to be done back in the old days when people actually cared about serving the public with a nice attitude. But now when it gets to be 30 minutes before closing time, people get stupid and start screwing up the orders working fast, leaving things out of the bag and just being rude, or giving you pre-cooked dried out food because they don't wanna cook anything that late. And I'm sick of it. Chico fish doesn't want to serve you after 9:30, and they really don't want to have to cook anything after 9:30. Bad attitude up there at that place. Something needs to be done about it. NEVER AGAIN. I was forced to give one star or it wouldn't post the rating. If I had it my way, I wouldn't have given any stars at all. read more
