They were so helpful, that I really can't find the words to express it. Although our rental was somewhat out of their way, they agreed, for a very small fee, to pick up our laundry and deliver it, on a day they don't even normally do that. They accept credit cards, Venmo, just about everything. They chat online, they text, and you can call them. They ask about the products you choose to use, and are immediately responsive. The twist to this was we found our laundry and didn't need to use them. But I was so grateful for their help and kindness that I wanted to leave this review.

He handed me a receipt for the item, but didn't bother asking anything about why I was leaving it. I tried to explain about a spot that needed to be addressed, but he was very rude and seemed to want to get rid of me. I asked him to mark the spot and he said, "That's not how I was trained". What? I told him that the other employee had done it (really every dry cleaner I've ever been to has). He snatched the ticket off of the garment and handed it back to me. I took it and left. If he is not the owner of this place, he should be fired. If he is, he won't last with that attitude.
