Update: While joseph did a great job with gel designs it turns out that the acrylics used here at this location is horrible and I wasn't informed when it was being used on my nails. I went back to get them taken off but they've already ruined my natural nails so much that now i have to wait a month or so to do so. My real nails have been breaking and just a pain in the ass at this point which has never happened to me before in 10 years i've been doing my nails. Yes, it's all because of the acrylics. Now, I regret going there. The lady tried to do sns on top of my acrylics acting like it's going to help. Really? You can't fool me twice now. Will not be returning again. read more

I have gone here twice, and they won't be getting another shot. The first time I had gel done. The manicurist started using the drill and I told them I was doing gel not SNS. He explained SNS was better and that's their speciality. I told him no. My gel manicure wasn't great, but my pedicure was good. The gel started peeling within 4 days. The 2nd visit I decided to get SNS, since this is their "speciality". OMGAWSH it was SO BAD! The girl doing my nails kept apologizing. They look like shovels. Super thick, waaay uneven. I complained and they still charged me and said if they didn't charge me o wouldn't come back to get them fixed.. girl, NO! I will never go back. I had to come come and file my nails myself Because "almond" shape French nails were apparently a foreign concept. I literally showed her a picture. I wasn't asking for anything super complicated, just French SNS with almond shape. These look like a child put them on. The manager had the nerve to ask me if I'd ever had SNS before. I responded "has she ever done SNS before?". They called and offered to fix my nails, but after 2 bad experiences I wasn't about to let them do anymore work on me. Honestly, the first time I went the pedicure was really good. But it's not worth it when I can't get a decent manicure. read more

Lyly's has been my go to since I move from California 2 years ago. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. However this most recent experience has been less than a good experience. A gentleman did my dip nails this time and while if you don't look closely the nails look great. But upon closer inspection the dip powder is so uneven and bumpy. I wish I could give more than 3 stars because generally the lady's do a great job with my dip nails but sadly I just cannot. I have had one other experience with this gentleman and had similar lackluster results that time as well. Not sure if I will continue to get my dip nails done here but the pedicures are always great. read more

In the area and decided to try based on the great reviews, the atmosphere was clean with no overpowering odor which was great. However the experience was not one I would come back for. Tools were just pulled out from a box then swiftly put back in after use without any regard to sanitization. The nail tech had filed my nails so harshly and repeatedly that the skin around had been rubbed raw, leaving me with painful scabs. My nails were left bumpy and she had to redo steps multiple times. For $45 for SNS, it was not worth it when you can get better quality for a better price elsewhere. read more

Price was not worth the quality of service I got. Im one of those people who has her nails done ALL THE TIME. Never have I ever been sliced by a file but here That happened on two of my finger. Usually other techs push the skin down and away before filing but she just went for it. The technician worked as if she were rushing. Got gel acrylic nails and this is the chunkiest, most wonky shaped nails I've ever had. Every place I've been to before always took the initiative to file down and perfect the shape before and after applying gel but my tech was fine with mediocracy. She tried to pass me off to another technician at the beginning and I should've known. I wish she would have just been honest and not done my nails if it wasn't something she knew herself she wasn't good at. Very disappointed. read more

I have to say that I have stopped in a few times now. They offer same day appointments, which is super helpful they also take walk-ins. The customer service is amazing they are very nice and although they offer other services I have never felt pressured to try one of their other services. I have had the sns powder, pedicure and the eyebrow tinting and waxing. My nails last and look amazing even two weeks after they were done. I will definitely be back. It is a great way to relax after work, while letting traffic die down some. read more

Wowww what an awesome experience! First off, the place is super clean and very nice aesthetic. Immediately when I walked in I was impressed with the cleanliness, decor, and ambience. Then I was greeted by the sweetest girl running the front desk, I assume to write down all the appointments, etc. You can tell she takes the job seriously. Her name was Jennifer and she even helped me pick out a nail color and was honest and helped me look all the pricing for everything. The girl who did my nails was super friendly as well. She did a great job, made me feel comfortable. All in all, I would certainly come visit again. I've never been made so comfortable at a nail salon so soon upon arrival! I didn't even have to wait to get SNS nails plus tips done because I was sat immediately. Wanted a basic mani pedi. They have no dryers which I have never seen before so basically you need to sit there for an hour on a humid day and within a couple of hours, I had multiple smudges and it was a waste of time and money. Also, they prepared my nails like they were getting gel or acrylic as opposed to just polish. They filed my nail beds which are now a mess (weak and brittle) and cut my nails down to nothing. PLEASE READ IF YOU CAN!! My mom is a single mom that worked here as a nail tech. I cannot describe the terrible treatment that my mom received from the owner. She would verbally abuse my mom in-front of customers and threatened to fire her multiple times for small things like forgetting to pick up a towel. Customers would tell the owner that it was unfair to yell at the technician but she did not care. During the covid 19 situation my mom was the only one willing to work despite the risk but the owner instead of appreciating her still continued to yell, take advantage and mistreat my mom. My mom finally decided to quit. But due to our financial situation we had to apply for government help. All we asked from the owner was her last name to fill out the unemployment form,but she refused. We tried persistently but the owner's response was "you don't work for me anymore." As her child I feel it is my responsibility to do something to stand up for her. I am writing this to let the people know the type of business you are supporting when coming to this nail salon. Two other people came in after me and were taken immediately when someone finally came over she did 1 foot got up and left to take care of someone else. At Lyly's I'm able to book last minute appointments and not have to wait for hours, the nail technicians are amazing at what they do (Kelly for manicures and Lily for pedicures) including a quick massage, Jennifer the receptionist is super friendly and pleasant, the owner Ellie made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my service. I have come to this salon multiple times and have always had a great experience. The owner is very nice and so are the workers. Today I came in with my friend and we were both getting the same services done. We were both getting our old sns taken off and new sns put on and getting a polish changed on our toes. My friend had both of her services done in a normal time around 30-45 minutes. I was in the chair for 2 hours. Being someone who has had sns on their nails 365 days for the past three years, I am familiar with how to application process works. "Luna" who was doing my nails had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She was more worried about her own professionally done nails getting ruined. I left with 4 of my fingers bleeding from being hit so many times with the electric nail file. After she put the top coat on she started buffing out my nails because she had then realized how bumpy they were. Then I left without any top polish, because she filed it off. She did such a horrible job that the owner was so embarrassed she gave me money off. I would go back but I will never have Luna as my technician ever again. read more
