I have been coming here for a year. Kevin is my go to for my nails! I think the service is exceptional. I also really love how they do something for each holiday to share with their customers. They do get busy but I think they manage walk-ins very well. I also help an 88 yo in a wheelchair in our building and she loves getting her nails done, they are so kind and gentle with her and go out of their way to make her feel special. Edit: I was reached out by their staff (Kevin). He was apologetic and offered a chance to make things right. I went back for the service today after scheduling and appointment with him. I was provided a good service by him & T for my manicure& wax. I would revisit this review in future if required but for now, I am glad that they reached out and made things right. I was debating writing this review since I got my nails done yesterday. I think my nails in the style I got it looks great. However, the amount of pain that I went through to get my nails to look like this is not worth it, and I would never go back to this nail salon. I would say 98% of the salons that I've been to never managed to injure me when I'm getting my nails done. I don't know if my nail tech just woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning, but they injured me around six or seven times for one set of dipping nails. Today, my cuticles are burning and really red. I had to put Vaseline on them because I'm afraid that they will become infected. Again, the nails are pretty, but I will not be returning. read more

I love coming here! I've been coming here since I moved up here about 2 years ago. Most times I call ahead to make sure the wait isn't long or make an appointment. Sometimes I've come and had to wait about 30 minutes. I honestly don't mind because I'm not in a rush when I decide to get my nails or toes done. They also have great color options for regular, SNS, and gel. The location is great with being in Halcyon, near 400, and 5 minutes from home. The salon is nice and the woman working are always nice and polite. The only thing that recently changed is the timers that every pedicure chair has gotten. I suppose it was because someone complained about the time taking too long. The alarms are so loud and aggressive and no one wants to hear that when they are trying to relax. I also recommend coming on a weeknight as parking on the weekend is challenging. Tonight is the first night having to park in the parking deck. I usually pay for parking directly outside the store but today Halcyon was busy. I had CC tonight and she was the best! read more

This one star is for the manager of the store. She is super rude and no respect for customer or business. I made a prior appointment for 1PM because I was tight on schedule. When I called her 5 mins before to let her know I ll be there by 1.05 she said ok my stylist that I asked for is running few mins behind. I said ok that's fine. I reached there at 1.10 and I got no attention till 2PM. To which she had no answer Infact she walked away behind and was hiding there. This is a nice facility but owner like her ruin it. Owner had an audacity to even lie and said I explained you over phone. She never told me over phone that it will be a 1hr wait. Rather she said it will be 15-20mins. We just moved to the area so we're trying to find everything we had back home. Sadly, we won't be back here. It was beautiful inside the salon. You either have to pay for parking or you can park in the parking garage. It seems silly bc it's just not crowded enough to warrant paying for parking although I don't mind walking from a parking garage. The people are nice but that doesn't change the fact that my gel nail polish came off 2 nails 2 days after service. And one full day was me in a car so I obviously wasn't cleaning anything or being hard on my nails. The next paint came off just a day later. What a waste. My daughters nails faired a little better but for $200 we should expect good quality. I was around a lot of people at a function so it was embarrassing to have chipped nails especially when I didn't have any nail polish remover with me. read more

I DO NOT recommend going here. I went to remove my acrylic and and get my cuticles cut and it was done extremely poorly. My cuticle started to bleed, and while they were filing down the acrylic, it burned but they continued! The shapes of my nails are completely uneven. On top of that, I was overcharged "accidentally" and they did not do anything to refund the money they overcharged me with. I've been to many salons and this was probably the worst experience i've had. Save your time and money. read more
