Updating to add context for potential future customers: This was my SECOND visit to have a nail repaired on the same set of poorly done gel X nails. The first repair was a nail that CAME OFF. Like my natural nail was unharmed, the gel x on top was missing. That was fine whatever. The next day a nail on the other hand does the same thing. So I'm like "jeez! guess i'll go get this one fixed too! seems like they rushed a bit too much". I go in, and get it handled, and write the above review. This is how the classless owner responds. They "fixed" my nail hurriedly, and i had to ask EIGHT times to have it filed to the correct shape after the reapplied the messed up gel X. EIGHT. I never agreed to come back. I said I would have it handled ELSEWHERE. read more

Used to come here all the time! I was paired with Jessie when he first was starting and i didn't like the quality of work so I called to make apt and said anyone but him. Get there and they pair me with him. I tell the manager I talked to your daughter asking specifically not for this she looked at me crazy and said no. Made me wait 14 mins for nothing. They are amazing! I really appreciate that they have a vegan gel polish here because it's difficult to find salons that have vegan polishes. They were very patient while one person in my party was late, and then they were fast doing my manicure. The color that I picked didn't match the one they used, but I let them know! Just make sure you get the color you want. I was fine with the one they used so I didn't speak up; not their fault at all. Chloe did my manicure and it's immaculate -- I'm so happy and impressed with it. The salon itself is also beautiful and clean and the nail technicians were all super lovely and professional. Racist and not worth your time or money! I just walked out of this nail salon with two other women of color after being ignored for nearly 30 minutes. Meanwhile, a Caucasian woman walked in and was seated within two minutes. When I pointed it out, the staff were rude, dismissive, and didn't even apologize. Let me be clear: this is not about a scheduling error or a misunderstanding. This is about how people of color are still treated as second-class citizens in businesses that happily take our money but won't show us basic respect. They'll probably reply to this review with some bogus excuse or fake professionalism to save face -- don't fall for it. Their actions in person say everything you need to know. Spend your money where your presence is respected. This place isn't it. read more

Beautiful new nail salon off Windward Pkwy near LAFitness. I love the decor and modern ambiance and the salon was very clean and service was friendly. I had an SNS manicure and love how they did my nail shape and color. My gel pedicure was extremely thorough and the massage portion was relaxing. I used to go here all the time. However, my most recent visit was not right. To start, my pedicure lady was being rough and was rushing. She skipped a few steps within the pedicure. The Workers here tell you what they want to do instead of listening to the service you want. I had asked for Gel X for my hands with a new set of nails. The lady started working on my nails and wanted to do a fill instead. I don't know if she didn't want to do a new set cause it's more time consuming but definitely not what i had asked. Then, a costumer had walked into the salon and she left my nails to attend someone's else's nails. She had brought over another nail tech to do my nails which is a hassle because now id have to explain the color and nail shape I had wanted all over again. The new nail tech was yapping all the time with another technician just sitting next to her. I mean-- how can I even enjoy my nail appointment if all you do is talk with your coworker? Not to mention she did not do my nail shape the way i had wanted. It also felt like a burden to ask her to do it correctly because she was giving an attitude. Kept on telling me to relax my fingers in a rude tone. I had walked out disappointed and definitely not returning again. There are some really nice people here, but some need to learn how to give proper service and attention to the customers. read more

Went in today about a week after they officially opened and had a great experience! The spa itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well organized with a great aesthetic. Everyone is friendly, very meticulous, and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with everything. I got an sns manicure and gel pedicure and this will definitely be my new go-to.
