Awful customer service. Arranged for a delivery yesterday. Received confirmation of the order via email and then received confirmation of delivery via email. Checked with the recipient today and they received nothing. Made all of the residents of the household check all of the entrances to the house, then called this Waltham EA site. After checking with the driver, the manager told me that in fact he knew he had not delivered it to the right location - yesterday! Did nothing about it. And when he came in today, the manager wasn't there and so they did not interact until I forced her to call him. Only to learn it hadn't been delivered. They are delivering it today. I hung up and then realized that they should refund me some portion of this $62 order. I called back and they told me they would only refund me the delivery charge. I had it delivered yesterday because yesterday was the special occasion. I was told it had been delivered. Only after I did a ton of fact-finding, and called, did I discover that in fact they had made a mistake. It seems to me that more than the delivery charge which is the minimum requirement of a delivery business, should have been refunded. The manager did not seem to care. And I can see by the other reviews that that is a consistent practice. If you have a choice, don't use this site of edible arrangements. Very very unhappy with the attitude. A $60 arrangement to be delivered yesterday for a special occasion that occurred yesterday. The driver knew he hadn't delivered it, didn't leave a note or bother to call the manager when he saw that he was not overlapping with her in the store -- and just let the whole thing drift until the customer called. This store is amazing. The fruit is always fresh . I have used this store a couple of times and never had any issues. You can walk in and ask for a sample as well . Special thanks to Chris for fixing a box for our anniversary that my husband brought to me along with a balloon. I definitely recommend this store. read more

I was told to expect my arrangement around 2:30 to my husband's work. He's a fire fighter. The contract says business deliveries can be as late as 5 pm. I called at 5 pm, but they were closed. Edible went above and beyond for me. The people I was sending to had just had a death in the family and were extremely exhausted and I gave the wrong address, they called when delivering and I said it was ok to leave they were not home. I contacted my daughter who informed the family of the delivery and sent them to find it down the street at different address. 3 days later Edible calls me and explains that a woman called to say she had a fruit arrangement on her porch but she had not been home for a few days.....to which now they feel they need to re-send an arrangement to the correct recipient.....I get the correct address and delivery confirmation!! Disappointment #1 Called the store put me on hold for 3 min., and I received a call after she picked up the phone and I had to put her on hold for 30 seconds and Deb. hung up on me. Disappointment #2 Ordered an arrangement on-line and put instruction about delivery time. The basket has been delivered too early without following our instruction. Hmmmmmmmmm..... The first time I ever saw one of these was at some family party smack dab in the center of the table that all the food was being served on. I thought to myself. Nice concept. Fruit instead of a flower bouquet. At least you can eat the fruit. In reality, no one touches them. No one want to pick off the the pineapple that was fashioned into a flower and ruin the display. Very conscientious delivery operation. First time they went to deliver, no one was home. So he called me from the house. He didn't want to leave it because it was too warm out. I told him about when to try back, which he did and was successful the 2nd time. I liked the care and follow through. And they liked the product too! I was so impressed with the delivery driver for Edible Arrangements of Waltham. It was extremely hot the day he tried to deliver the arrangement. He was not initially able to reach the home owner to deliver the arrangement I had purchased. He didn't want to leave it since it was so hot and knew it would not hold up in the heat. He called me and explained the situation. Unfortunately I was unable to reach the homeowner either. So he left a note for the her. Fortunately she called back as soon as she got home and he was able to deliver a fresh arrangement to her. The staff was very rude they just called me at 6:50. They closed at 5, but yet they called to say the delivery to the business was unsuccessful at 6:30. Maybe because they closed at 6 but you'd know that if you did your job correctly and looked up the business when the order was received around 11. Not only is the clerk refusing to fully refund me they also sent an order to be delivered while both businesses are suppose to be closed. I call to ask if I could pick up my order earlier and the lady responds like I insulted her mother.So rude I decided to just hang up because I didn't pay for her to take her frustrations out on me. The BEST Valentine's Day gift ever! It's the perfect gift for any occasion and oh my is it delicious. I received a bouquet of pineapples hearts and strawberries arranged meticulously in a cute flower pot. It was massive and each fruit flower was perfect and delicious. This Edible Arrangements left an arrangement on my doorstep and left. It was sent by a friend so I wasn't aware that I was going to receive it. I didn't find it until the next day and most of the fruit was ruined. Contacted the office on Moody Street in Waltham and told them the situation. The person apologized and I told them I wanted it replaced but was told she had to contact another office first about that and would get back to me. They never did. I contacted them again and had to leave a message but never heard from them. Would never order from that place again after that experience. Jerks. I placed an order to be delivered on valentines day, when i called in the morning of to confirm a delivery time at 10:52am i was told that the delivery driver for my area hasn't started yet and they were waiting for the person to come. Why weren't deliveries started earlier on a holiday? good question but not for me to answer. The lady I spoke with told me they have until 7pm to deliver the order and that's when i told her its a business that closes and the person the order is for leaves at 4pm today and asked if i should just cancel my order. She told me she cant confirm a delivery time but to call back between 2 and 3 pm to get in update and we can go from there. After 3 i called them 16 times exact and couldn't get to anyone. I picked the person up from work at 4, as i told the employee, to see that nothing was delivered. We even waited outside for 20 minutes hoping it would come and nothing came. I call again this morning and an employee said that the ordered was delivered at 445 directly to the person who it was for and that they spoke to that person directly on the phone. I let them know that's a lie because the number i put on file for them to call when they got to the business was the office phone and if she was with me heading home in the car with me how did she answer the office phone? the employee kept saying she spoke to her directly and i i kept saying that's impossible because it wasn't her cell phone on file it was an office phone and when she was with me she was empty handed. Now I'm waiting on a call from a manager to resolve this. I just don't understand why the employee tried to lie and keep the lie going when i know what number i have on file and i had the person with me at 4 empty handed. read more

It was a wonderful experience. Deb, she is a life savor! my Co worker and I planned on purchasing a box of chocolate dipped strawberries as a surprise gift to my boss for her birthday. The wait time to get through to stores is ridiculous. The phone rings off the hook. YOu leave a number to have them call back and no one calls you back. I've had frustration trying to order on the website as well. The last time I ordered something the fruit didn't look fresh and good. I don't know how it tasted since it was a present. There is no flexibility with arrangements which I find maddening. It is a great present idea but very difficult and inflexible. Also, way too expensive! I received a confirmation from there to pick up at 2:00 . I came in to pick up a basket and the Indian guy that worked there told me that the basket wasn't ready. He said that it will be ready in an hour and that he will give me a call. They never called me so I called them and the manager said that it was ready 5 minutes after I walked out. The guy that told me that the basket wasn't ready left for the day and didn't tell the staff about my order. The manager said to come back the next day for a complimentary due to the bad experience . I came back the next day the manager gave me a box of chocolates and he said that he ate some of the chocolates from the box and tried to give me the rest. Very unprofessional. Very impressed been to this location a few times and wasn't very pleased in the past with the results of customer service but theres a whole new team of staff who are very helpful, kind and energetic ! Samantha was veryy kind and helped me threw a difficult order. I needed it there by a certain time window and she kindly explained that they can not guarantee time deliveries but will try there very best and i understand they cant always do time deliveries all day long especially if there are multiple orders that want same times. She also ensured me if her driver was not back in time to get it there at the time i needed it there she would personally deliver it herself. I was very surprised by the amount of effort she put in my order and making it perfect and making sure my time at edible arrangements was over the top! I am so excited for the next birthday or occasion i will defiantly be ordering from the waltham location again very soon ! I never received a free voucher for a 12 count chocolate strawberries that I was due, and they would not issue me a new one or a credit because it expired by three days. Really?? You can't do anything because it expired by three days? Especially since I never received the free voucher in the first place.
