Well let's start with products that were ordered Dec 1. The shipping labels were made on Dec 6. Don't know when they will ship but rest assured in their shipping policy it will be shipped approximately 3 days before the ship date or 3 days after, the ship date which is Dec 2. How nice, my own fault should have read the policy. I bet that was written by a cheap lawyer. When you send a Christmas wreath you order early believing it will get there so your family can enjoy it for the holidays. The price was very expensive but I thought with all the hype on the web site the products will be upscale. We shall see and as for now I will be awarding 3 stars. If the products arrive in a reasonably timely manor and they are of top quality I'll update my review. Update: all the items ordered arrived a various addresses and were very nice. They are fresh, and therefore last well through the holidays (even if you have it delivered before Thanksgiving, which is the case in our house) Every year we send them as gifts to at least half a dozen people (our list seems to be growing!) Today (Feb. 12) is a sad day for me because I am going to [finally] breakdown my Peaceful Night centerpiece. Yes, I have had it since early December but it still looks and smells pretty much like the day it was delivered [but gee, it's almost Valentine's Day!!]. Over the years I have ordered more centerpieces and wreaths than I can remember and I have never had one as beautiful and long lasting as this one! The "fancy" green have dried out but still look good - some of the greens near the owls are still soft. The thing I can believe is that the centerpiece is not dropping a bunch of needles and it still smells good!! Usually, I have had to vacuum up tons of needles but not this one - it still only drops maybe 6-8 needles a day! Unbelievable!! For some reason I have never heard of Lynch Creek until this year (2025) when I saw the Peaceful Night in a drop down ad. I am very fond of owls so, of course, I had to have one! We just received this year's order and I have to say, they've been so great every year, I kind of wait for them to be not as great as the previous year because sadly, that is the world we live in. I'm thrilled to say that they are still AMAZING ! So much better than the picture online! Just beautiful! Two of our guys had to go get hangers because they're so big and full! Update! With a stroke of luck and helpful staff at LCF, my order will ship on the original date that was requested. It turns out that the shipping label on my order was damaged in transit, so FedEx had to reroute the order back to LCF (luckily for me). I spoke with Elena, she went out of her way to help me get a new order processed. Today, December 8, I saw that the tracking information said it would be delivered by the evening of December 25! pretty much ruins the gift giving if the present essentially arrives after Christmas. They don't deliver product in a timely manner and then say you just have to be patient, it is a busy time of year. If you purport to sell holiday decorations then there is something wrong with your business model that you can't deliver holiday decorations on time. I am so glad that I did, the items arrived right after Thanksgiving and it was time to decorate. The wreath is just breathtaking, the details and with the added lights it has this magic about it. My daughter has ordered a Christmas wreath for myself and my son for three years in a row. Last year's globe quit working after two weeks. This year the globe I received never worked. It did not throw snow into the globe like it was supposed to and the Wiring was bad because it made more noise than the actual music did . Icalled Lynch Creek and told them what the problem was and requested a new snow globe be mailed to me. The person who answered the phone said she had someone call in with the very same problem yesterday. She put me on hold and spoke to her supervisor who said no, they would not mail a new snow globe, but they would give me a $50 credit. I didn't want the credit .I wanted the snow globe to make the wreath complete. You could not purchase a snow globe at all . I told my daughter and I asked her not to order any anymore from this business. She said I spent a lot of money on that so I'm glad you told me . I would not recommend them at all. The globe wouldn't have mattered after all because the wreath started shedding after one week and I disposed of it even though I was watering as instructed. read more
