We had several issues with Kim, who ran the blind department. She billed the complete job before…read moreit was installed, it took a great deal of follow through to get the order placed, received, and installed. We experienced 3 installers. The day before she came for the last day of the "free" install she said that upper management said that the time taken to measure the 6 skylight windows was included in the install time and that upper management had said that they had spent enough time on the job and would charge $50/hr extra to complete the job. If we didn't pay the extra amount, the warranty would be void. After the install, when one of the blinds they installed was sagging, she merely sent the instructions for us to have fixed.
