Very helpful staff. I did not even buy my glasses from them but they assisted me with fitment issues, and now my glasses are comfortable.

A few years of going to them and now not sure if I should come back. their routine eye exams are…read morethorough and reassuring. but then what happens if you have an issue? Last month the skin around my eyelids were inflamed so I went to see them, expecting to get a diagnosis of blepharitis and get some ointment and be on my way. but..the doctor doesn't give me a diagnosis- instead pushes a referral to an occuplastic surgeon with the initial opinion that I may have eyelid cancer because they " just don't like how it looks". so i go to the occuplastic surgeon and finally got my diagnosis...blepharitis ! and he prescribed the ointment. so I was stressed out a week as I anticipated the visit with the new Doctor (Yep this can happen whenever someone you trust suggests the C word to you). in addition, I had the expense with another $50 copay for a new specialist for something I believe they should have been able to diagnose and treat initially. After all, over the years, I have been treated for common eye infections by opticians at the mall and Patient First before. Also, I have heard of at least one other customer (a neighbor of mine) reporting the same experience. We shall see (pun intended).

Everyone from desk to Techs in the back of the office where kind, efficient and caring, Dr Michael above and beyond . My prior Doctor retired after going to her for 25+ years , and her referral for Kresloff Eye Associates was perfect. ThankYou to everyone for my great 1st time visit Patricia

OK. They kinda need to get their act together. For my eye tests, I was never told during the…read moreinitial testing to take my contacts out. So halfway through the eye exam, I'm having trouble with the seeing the charts and I ask if the lenses to their machine is dirty. Optometrist was not happy to find out the assistant never asked me to take out my contacts. Had to waste another 15 minutes for me to go take out my contacts and then wait again for the optometrist to get back to me. Then they ask if I brought in the prescription to my currrent lenses. Nope. No one told me I should bring those too. Jeez. The first set of contacts were not correct to my vision. Had to come back a second time to get re-tested. Then had to wait a week for the next contacts to come in. Then when I OK'd this prescription, they didn't have any available on site and had to wait yet another week for the order to come in. All told, from my first appointment to actually getting my new correct prescription, it was nearly a month. I admit it was a little frustrating.

Longtime WP customer, and it's been a smooth and productive collaboration, mostly at this location…read more Thank you for over a decade of 2020 vision! Today I popped into the Cherry Hill store with a strange request, my late father's sunglasses were badly mangled and unusable and I was curious if they had any advice before I tossed them. After warning me they may be unfixable, Mallory spent the next 15 minutes mending these glasses and making them usable again. And in the process, she restored a tangible and sentimental link to my late father. And afterwards, she wouldn't let me pay her! I'll never forget her kindness and I will always be grateful for Mallory's incredible craftsmanship and hospitality. Not a day goes by that I don't miss my dad to wear his sunglasses again feels really really good.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!…read more I went in to this location in Cherry Hill today in need of my first ever pair of glasses and there were three workers hanging around the front desk and barely acknowledged me when I entered. Then, anytime I would ask them questions I'd get a one word response. No one seemed willing to help me and acted as if they didn't even want to be there. I even caught them glancing at one another rolling their eyes as if they wanted me to leave the store so that's exactly what I ended up doing. An experience that started off exciting for me soon became an upset. What is corporate doing? I came online to write a review and seen plenty of other customers having similar experiences. Something needs to be done because and there needs to be new management that actually wants to help customers find a great pair of glasses. Does corporate ever check in on this store? No wonder it's always empty in there!
