My dog was ready in an hour and a half. Full groom and they did a great job. I hate leaving my dog…read moreat the groomers for ~4 hours but I get why I usually have to. I genuinely don't know how they did it in that time but I'm not complaining. They cut her the exact length I asked them to and her cut was nice and even, which doesn't always happen at other groomers. She wasn't overly thirsty or itchy or licky when I picked her up and she seems like she generally enjoyed herself while she was there. (What I assume is) the owners dog came out to greet me when I picked my dog up and he was SO sweet. It was like he was saying bye to her, very cute. We will definitely be going back.

After bringing my dog here for two years, we will never return!…read more They know my dog is elderly and very sensitive. Normally, I pay $100 or more for his grooming, which takes about 1.5 hours. They usually call me about five minutes before he is ready for pickup. Today, I dropped him off at 11:20 AM. By 3:00 PM, I still had not received a call or text. I called the salon--no answer. I texted--no response. I became very concerned and drove to the salon myself. When I arrived at 3:20 PM, my dog had not even started grooming! The owner was sitting on the sofa, spending a lot of time chatting with a woman and buttering her small dog. He did not even acknowledge me when I walked in. After spending a long time with the woman and her dog, I asked him why my dog had been there for so long. He checked and then told me, "He needs another 30-45 minutes." I waited another hour and finally picked my dog up at 4:30 PM. He had been at the salon for more than five hours without anyone contacting me. When I brought him home, his voice was hoarse from barking. He kept shaking his head and seemed very uncomfortable inside of his ears. After two years of trusting this salon with my dog, I was extremely disappointed and concerned. If you were overbooked, you could have simply told me, I would have had no problem rescheduling. Instead, you kept an elderly dog at the salon for more than five hours without contacting me or letting me know about the delay. This is not just poor service. It is a serious lack of communication and consideration for a senior dog! Two years of trust are gone. Never again!!!!
