The lady I talked to said she would tell her boss, Bee, to call me, but Bee never did. That is the reason I am giving them a poor rating. Great groomers here as I used to go to another place down the road but they were taken over by other management and their top groomer came here so I followed him. Both the groomers are very good and timely. I can drop her off by 9 o'clock in the morning and she's generally ready by 11. Great selection of snacks toys everything you need for your pets. The staff is what helped me come back is there knowledgeable super friendly and of course I love my puppy and she doesn't mind doing there. However they practically shaved him bald. We didn't even recognize him!! But that's not the worst part!!When my daughter picked him up she was told he had a cut under his arm, but it wasn't as bad as it looked. The picture below will show you how bad it really was!! My poor puppy looked like he'd been terrorized. There was no way the groomer could have been paying attention because the cut on my baby was extremely deep! He had to get sutures which have to remain for 2 weeks!! My daughter was told the manager would contact me to discuss. While we were there one dog got loose the worker tried to use her leg to stop it and made it cry and yelp. That dog got diarrhea poop all over it from what was on the floor. One dog was foaming at the mouth and there was no water to be seen. I shared my concerns with the owner and she was very rude and abrasive and told me to leave. Do not take your dog there they will be in danger.
