I called to make an appointment but had some questions about insurance because my insurance indicates Douglas A George is covered but Lynda Jones is not covered. However, they both have the same address. I wanted to see if this matters or not. Douglas answered the phone without identifying the business. I asked if this was Lynda Jones's chiropractor and he responded, "no she's dead" and hung up. Wow! Yes, he really said and did that! I was shocked!! I called back and wanted to see if I could make an appointment with him but before, I could ask, he snapped, "What do you want!?" I responded with "never mind" and hung up. Came to dr.jones by the recommendation of my aunt who comes here. I hurt my back last week and my first visit was amamzing! She did a whole body adjustment and explained and showed how my alignment was pff. This is the first time any chiropractor explained to me how my alignment should be and what to do to make sure I keep my alignment right. She was very nice and not trying to sell any other products to me. I came back today and she was still informative and suggested that I come back because my back still needs adjustment but left it up to me. I think this is the quickest review I have ever written. I literally left their office 30 mins ago and I feel SO much better. I've been having tightness around the shoulders which created pain in my neck. Mostly due to major stress these past 2 months. I usually do the holistic way of healing but sometimes your body just gets past that point and I needed relief desperately. Lynda adjusted my back/neck and I cannot believe I have full range of motion in my neck again. Lately I've been cringing every time I check my blind spots but I totally drove home today without that stiffness anymore! I called this morning and was lucky enough to get seen right away. Not only that, after my adjustment/consultation they move some stuff around and I got to see their massage therapist as well! She was wonderful and went to town on my knots. The difference from 3 hours ago to now is night and day. Thank you so much Lynda and Kelly! I can't wait to come back next week! Lynda did not in anyway whatsoever tried to upsell me or tell me that I need to come back for a set amount of sessions. I already knew it would take a few more sessions to get 100% and she suggested 3-6 more sessions. Key word is suggested, not lock me in for 12 more sessions like my last chiropractor did. I signed up on YELP because I wanted to write this review. I found Lynda by searching DCs in my area on YELP. I couldn't get a recommendation from a friend for a good doctor so I tried here. I really appreciate what Lily and Jessica had to say and agree with everything they said 100% about the office being friendly & professional. I went to see Lynda because I was having terrible pain accompanied by mobility problems in my neck that only worsened for a week after trying all my usual home and medicinal remedies. After one treatment I was moving better. After 2 treatments I am well into my recovery and at this rate I expect to be back to 100% soon. I have been seeing Lynda for about 2 years now and I must say out of the many Chiropractors I have visited for neck pain, she is the best. She genuinely cares about making you feel better and taking away the pain. She never tries to to push anything that is not needed in your direction. On Multiple occassions her professional and helpful staff have squeezed me in a same day appointment and always find a way to accommodate me. Her massage therapists are great and definitely give you a massage specificially tailored to your problem areas, which I have not found anywhere else. I am so surprised that there aren't more Yelp reviews here for Dr. Lynda! I have started seeing Dr. Lynda this past week due to an injury from moving. I have been so impressed with her and her office staff. Every one is extremely welcoming and the care that I've received has been awesome. I already have gotten so much better. Dr. Lynda was able to adjust me in places that I haven't been able to get adjusted before. I also like that she explains what she is adjusting and why it is beneficial. I started seeing Lynda fairly regularly in early 2009 for a hip injury that led to low-back issues. Since the first time I visited, I've never had a less than stellar visit. I've also never had an issue with scheduling appointments as she leaves a certain number open for those emergency "I can't move my neck" visits. Her staff are all welcoming, professional and amiable. Lynda herself helped fix my issues and now I see her every so often to keep me in alignment. I also like that Lynda does more than just the adjustment on the joint that's bothering you that some chiropractors do. She starts at your neck and works all the way down your spine, allowing you to walk away feeling in complete alignment and better than new! The office is always clean, smells fresh and always has soft music playing allowing patients to completely relax after they pass through the door. I was also made aware of the massage therapists she has on staff and how massage can act in tandem with an adjustment. I've seen most of the therapists over the years visiting Lynda's office but recently booked with Trish. After receiving my adjustment, Trish gives the perfect amount of pressure in my back and shoulders allowing my muscles to relax and stop pulling my body in crazy ways leading to the pain. They even bill my insurance, making the cost of the service next to nothing! I would absolutely, 100% recommend Dr. Lynda Jone's office to anyone considering going to a chiropractor for the first time; if you are already seeing one-switch! Absolutely adore Lynda! I have been seeing Lynda for 17 years now. She has provided me relief from 3 car accidents and other tennis injuries to my neck and spine. With a gentle, kind nature and honest feedback, I always recommend Lynda to my friends and family. Lynda is awesome! I've been going to chiropractors most of my life and travel for work so I've been to quite a few different people, Lynda is in the top 2 or 3 I've ever seen. I had to stop in while in town for storm restoration of power lines, I was hurting pretty bad when I arrived and she fixed me up. She enjoys what she does and knows what she's doing. My only regret is I won't be in town long enough to see her on a regular basis for my long term recovery. After seeing chiropractors that herd you in like cattle, pop your back and send you on your way, I was pleasantly surprised to find Dr. Jones. She spends time with you and you make an appointment for each visit. She really listens to your concerns and does what she can to help you. She adjusts your back and neck and takes her time, and if you are having any issues, she wants to make sure you are feeling better. I had sinus congestion issues, and she helped me with that. Her staff is very friendly, also. Just keep your appointment--give 24 hours notice if you are going to cancel--she often has no shows and it makes it difficult for her when people schedule and don't show up! read more

Lynda is so kind and sweet. I only started coming to her after my car accident. She was very kind, and informative on the healing process. She is extremely patient, and will spend a lot of time to see where the pain is. The first visit is always going to be a bit longer, because she takes extensive notes, which I appreciate. What can I say about Dr. Jones and her professional attentive team. I've been seeing her for a few years on and off and she is always super professional and very comfortable to talk to and discuss any issues with. I started seeing her for lower back pain and stopped for a while, then recently ...the light bulb went ON and I realized why am I suffering with back pain when I can go see Dr. Jones on my lunch hour? I come once a week and can't say enough about what a difference it makes. I usually have a massage right after & I'm good to go! I now have continued to see her for routine maintenance care and come Mondays. I really love getting weekly adjustments. I sleep so much better. I really prefer to stay away from prescriptions to get through pain. we all need regular adjustments, all this sitting wrong, sleeping wrong, twisting wrong, feeling a pinch here or there etc.. our bodies tell us when something is wrong and eventually it takes a toll on our body & our spine :) So I intend to keep my spine healthy! I also love that there are massage therapist on site - they all do an amazing job... I like the firm deep massage . She is so personable and really shows how much she's cares about her patients. I'm fairly new but so glad I found her office on yelp! Warning, this office charge you a "cancellation fee" if you cancelled your appointment (on a timely manner) and don't reschedule a new appointment with them. I've honestly never heard of such practices. It's understandable if you pull a "no show" and they charge you for it, but that's not the case. They require you to reschedule a new appointment within 7 days or they will charge you $25. So even if you do your part and call in advance to cancel and forget to rebook a new appointment, you will be charged for it. Dr.Jones is nice but I highly recommend finding another chiropractor to save you some headache. I'm sure you can find other chiropractors that have much better business practices. read more

I have been seeing Lynda for over a year for neck and lower back pain. I have always left her office feeling much better than when I walked in. But the real surprise was that over the last year, I have been having horrible TMJ pain in my head, neck and ears. I even got so sick from it that I felt I was coming down with the flu and began vomitting. After seeing several dentists and doctors, I really did not know what else to do. No one seemed to know how to fix my teeth grinding, something that I only do at night. My doctor put me on 30 days of valium and I was still taking painkillers during the day for head and ear pain. Finally, I decided to go to Lynda. I was scared because of the procedure, but it was nothing compared to what I made it out to be and I felt immediate relief. I was able to sleep with my mouth open that night which was unfathomable before. I still clench, but I am continuing to go to Lynda to treat the issue and I have no pain and am off all my medications! Lynda is a loving and amazing chiropracter!! read more
