Notably, they do not use complex medical terms because they take the time to explain/for you to understand. During the exam, they could tell what symptoms I was experiencing due to the misalignments I had (without me verbally stating them). After correcting my subluxations, my symptoms were relieved. A receptionist is supposed to be at the front office during work hours. When a person comes up and says they can do the form in person, you don't insist that they do it online if you care about your business.
