We were in a bind so we paid the higher price. When we notified Doug that we were vacating the unit he was rude. He is not a good people person and would not be someone that I would want representing my business. Anyway, good luck. Just beware.

I had…read morewrote them an email a week before the 1st of january telling them don't charge my card money is not there I am moving out this weekend do not charge me for January of 2024. they decided to ignore those email went ahead and charged my card which declined thankfully I transferred my funds because I knew they were going to do this and only after this happened did they wrote me back and then give me the process of moving out which they wanted pictures. I sent them pics and never got my deposit back, I've rented from better the building is old no floors as in concrete in there it smells,, people if they wanted to could just hop units and get into other people's stuff. they only like to charge your card once and give you that late fee instead of charging it daily like most business on these days, rent at your own risk they're not bad till you move out didn't think keeping $70 from someone was that much of a gain for a business but apparently they need it more than I. beaver valley is a much better and cheaper place to rent from personally. it's a storage unit you don't need a month or two notice a week is sufficient and that's exactly what they got from me, never responded to my request to moving out till they couldn't charge me for January that's what really burns my butt about these guys
