My boyfriend and I decided to make a weekend trip to Vermont. We did the ATV tour. You guys definitely have to read all of what they say on the website. When they say you need layers, gloves and sunglasses please bring them. It gets super dusty. Dallas was our guide and he was amazing. He was so insightful and extremely attentive looking for animals and sightseeing. Saw moose tracks and the view out here, absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this company and Dallas is the man! Greeted by Phil and Dallas and were set up quickly and efficiently with proper bibs and helmets. Made our way out for an eight hour snowmobiling venture through incredibly maintained trails and miles and miles of unbelievable beauty. Stopped for lunch along the way and had a day to remember forever. The sleds were very fast and incredibly maintained. 'Bout $300 pp after it was all said and done with taxes and gas and such. Well worth it for a weekend warrior like myself who does not snowmobile often. I highly recommend this as a date to remember or a venture out with buddies. What a great place to take a snowmobile tour! The trails were beautiful, our guide (Jack) was knowledgeable and took our picture multiple times...there are beautiful views to stop at. We felt very safe on the tour, and can't wait to go back with family for another tour next year. Dallas is a charmer! We struggled to find the office because there was no signage for NEK Adventures, only for "All Around Rental". Once we found our way in, both Phil and Dallas were warm and seemed genuinely pleased to meet us and to help us get suited up. We were scheduled for a 2 hour snowmobiling tour with another couple. We each had our own ride, and Dallas gave us a detailed explanation of all of the controls of the snowmobile. The explanation was enough that even someone with no experience was able to grasp it quickly and hop on to start riding. The trail was gorgeous, if not a little challenging for a brand new and entirely inexperienced rider. The way back was much easier maneuvering than the way out, simply because the learning curve had eased up by that point. We stopped for a few breaks along the ride for a stretch and chatted a bit with Dallas. He was enthusiastic and engaging, making small talk feel natural, rather than forced. The shop offered winter gear and neck gaiters which was immensely helpful for folks less experienced with cold temperatures. I can't wait to get back for another tour. read more

This was our 3rd time using NEK Adventures for ATV tour. They never disappoint! Phil and John were both awesome and able to tailor the tour to your level and desires. Very laid back but professional group of people. The trails were beautiful and we stopped at super scenic spots for photo ops. We had the perfect mix of rough and adventurous terrain and easy riding to suit our groups desire. Everyone loved the mud holes despite the initial anxiety. Phil gave us some recommendations of places to hit on our way home. The bar in Harry's Hardware store in Cabot was great! Yes, it is an actual Hardware store but with a bar. Genius! Highly recommend this company and we will be back this winter for Snowmobiling. read more

A friend and I took a self guided tour this past Saturday and had a great experience with Phil and his staff. Check in was fast and easy. We were given good instructions, and Phil gave us his phone number to call if we ran into any trouble. I had to call Phil a couple of times, one for help with getting a sled unstuck and another for a suggestion on the best way to get back to the rental garage. He was very responsive and helpful both times. I texted him a photo of my stuck sled and he gave the great instructions on how to handle the situation. The trails are very well maintained, and the local community is very helpful to fellow riders. I recommend this company to anyone looking to experience snowmobiling in northeast Vermont. read more

We had a blast on our tour! Would ABSOLUTELY recommend! Jack was a great tour guide. He gave a lesson on ATV riding and took us to beautiful spots for pictures.
