We stayed here for Six nights while we were in the area for a reunion with friends. We spent most of our time at our friends lake house, but we did get a little bit of time to walk around the campground and enjoy some of the Lakeside views. We opted to Moveto a full hookup sore which is further from the lake. The sites by the lake only have water and electric and we would've had to unhook and visit the dump station unfortunately so a full hook up site was way more convenient. We were insight 62 which is nice because it has a large grassy area. We paid $70/nite- I know they have better rates for longer stays We did have a picnic table and a fire pit and had a little bit of time to sit outside and enjoy it There is a really nice camp store and they do have some frozen items for warm-up along with s'mores and toys and shirts, and such Out in front of the office in store is a Beautiful lakefront area- they have Adirondack chairs sit here so you can avoid the views as well as as a beach with a swimming area although they do have assigned warning you that swimmers itch may be present- I had to look that one up since we're not from around here They also had a really nice basketball court and a bounce pad for the kids. This is definitely a family campground and many families were having gatherings while we were there. While I don't have any complaints for the campground. I will say that for all six nights we were here, not many people adhered to the quiet hours policy. We just turned the overhead fan on to douse out the noise as we didn't feel like disrupting anyone's family parties, but just be prepared for that. Found this gem in '21 and keep coming back. Showers are strong, bathrooms clean, lake views, boat rentals, boat slips & small camp store. Bike trail right from the campground. Local flea market & bingo in town on Monday's. If you don't have an RV - you can rent one! Owner is present, hard working and making improvements. read more

Rented a camper there three years ago and it was messy and had food in the kids area. Told the owners and they didn't care so we cleaned it up. New owners took over so we gave the campground another chance. Rented a pontoon boat for half the day but wasn't able to get on it until an hour after our time because "there wasn't someone certified to bring the boat around for check in" never received an hour extended on to our time to make up for the hour lost. Rented it out the next day and when we turned it back in they said there was a bunch of stuff damaged to it but there wasn't. They showed me a small rubbed mark on a cushion that I never noticed and no one was even in that area of the boat. They said the whole cushion would need to be replaced but after arguing about it they settled on me just paying them 80 dollars. We had no intentions of ever returning but this year a family member wanted to use our boat for when they camped there so we drove there to drop it off and spend the day. They rented a dock but still had to pay a boat launching fee which is crazy because if you use a dock, of course you have to launch your boat. They used the floating docks and there was no tie offs to tie the boat to so they had to use the poles of the dock. This campground is money hungry!! I cannot say enough good things about Lynn Ann's Campground. I was in a group of 4 adults and did the RV rental for 2 nights we WISH we could stay longer. It was the best! The camp ground was very clean and so was the RV. Angie and her team were so nice, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. So many things to do at the campground you wouldn't even have to leave the site tbh. Watch the sunset, grill, be round the campfire, swim, rent a boat or kayak, or even take a nice walk there is so much to do. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.(: read more

Love this place! Favorite camping spot and getaway from the city. Has everything you could want. Game room for the kids. Fishing on the shore or rent a boat and explore the awesome lake. Enjoy the sand and the beach. Everything is kept clean so that everyone can enjoy it. And if you forget something just get it at the camp store so you won't miss a beat in your trip. The views are breathtaking. And get to enjoy is all on the lake. One of my favorite fishing spots. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The bathrooms and showers are clean! I had been thru the Northwoods many years back. I said then that I would return. Friends invited us to join them at Lynn Ann's probably 12 years back and we have been returning every year since adding more trips and time almost every year. This a very welcoming Campground with the things you need yet retains the true ability to tent camp or Rv as your interests dictate. Large sites, well maintained, clean and functional. Located right on the shore of Big Saint with a nice marina, excellent boat launch, fuel and bait on site makes this a great place to bring the boat. Firewood and basic camp store provide other needs and treats. Any other needs are likely available within a short drive to town. The folks there work very hard all season (may-oct) so you can enjoy. At nighttime, the campground lights up with campfires that offer a gentle background to gather for friendly conversation or a nap or two for those who have made the best of their day. As the sun goes down over the lake the sunsets are often simply amazing giving way to a canopy of stars you will never find in the city. We have been going to Lynn Annl's Campground for almost 10 years with several families. We have such a great time and really enjoy Lynn Ann's. We rent one of the onsite trailers and they are very nice, upgraded every few years and always clean! We also enjoy all that Lynn Ann's has to offer, with one of our favorites being sitting at the beach front, listening to music and getting drinks at the tiki bar! The campsites themselves are always nice as well. Just a nice place to get away with owners and staff that is always nice and helpfull!! Will always come back every year! read more

We had a horrible experience at this campground. We attempted to stay over the 4th of July weekend. 3 people with 2 tents. We set up camp and several hours later got a phone call from the owner - I believe her name was Pat - stating their license only allowed one tent per site unless you were on a group site. Upon booking and checking in - nobody verbally told us that this was the case. After discovering we would have to take a tent down we went to the office and again encountered the owner. Without apology she started in on us stating she has been the owner for 28 years and would never tell someone that they could occupy that space with 2 tents. She said it was in our email confirmation and all of their literature. She was very defensive with a condescending and rude undertone. During booking and check in not a single question was asked about how many tents we would have. Wouldn't this be a basic question? Site is filled with mostly RV traffic and not many tents - so it wouldn't take more than a few seconds of their time to ask how many guests and how many tents they plan to have. Extra fee for an extra tent? No problem! Only one tent allowed? You should probably ask what your customer needs prior to accepting money. At the end she gave us a full refund because it didn't suit our needs - but remained sarcastic and unapologetic through the entirety of the interaction. On our way out the door she was sure to get the last word in. As we left the office she hollered after us with the utmost sarcasm 'I'll be sure to verbally tell every single customer that only one tent is allowed in single unit sites'. A little customer service and slightly refined communication skills could have lent her well. Not a single apology for the inconvenience of setting up your entire camp, bedding, etc and then having to pack it up a few hours later. However - we gladly would unpack and pack up again to avoid giving business to an ungrateful and rude owner. Never experienced a blatantly rude business owner such as this. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. read more

We had an amazing long weekend staying here! It was my family's first trip with our RV, and the staff were friendly and made it easier than ever. We didn't have the correct electric hookup for the updated spot we were assigned to, and Mike didn't hesitate to lend us what we needed and check on us to make sure everything was working well. We rented a power boat from Lynn Ann's for 2 days and really enjoyed fishing out on both lakes. We got a beautiful full hookup spot in the back row which gave us plenty of privacy with the woods, and a family of deer that would come by to visit. We will definitely be back again! Over past six years gone down hill. Campsites not clean, firepits full of gargage, dog waste left all over campsite. Love dogs, but do not enforce rules, dogs allowed to run all over loose thru other campsites, One year held motorcycle rally at campground, did not notify us till thar day we wld be surrounded by bikers. Had to listen to loud vulgar language, guys doing burn outs on road, drunks hanging out by bathrooms, woke up to guys in sleeping bags along road. Tried to express distain of situation received oh well attitude from owners. Last straw, owners breached storage camping agreement for 2018, agreement was paid in full. Owners sent letter, less than 2 wks notice to remove camper from storage. Had to cancel vacation plans and get camper moved. Wld not recommend. read more

This is the worst RV campground and boat launch I've ever used in 25+ years. A lot of the reviews state Lynn was Rude , True !! , and don't trust her because if you tell her you would review and rate her she calls the police on people !!True !! . Lynn and her staff will not help you if your any type of disabled vet or other!! True!!!. They have one of the worst boat launches in the area and don't expect her or her staff to help you with launching in this horrible small tight launch. And to make it worse her husband parks his pontoon in the channel barely giving you room to get out to the lake . She has a terrible attitude and a short temper and I agree with others saying she is rude . But what really bothers me is they rush you through the directions to launch then they leave you hanging even if your struggling with this horrid launch and the wind in this tiny launch area . Most campgrounds I've gone to are great about helping to launch especially if your older or disabled or need help in any adverse conditions or dealing with the wind , Don't expect that at Lynn Ann's !!! they will watch you as well as her help and never offer a hand to help you !! . read more
