The food choices were very limited $$, but there was an array of beers, wines, cocktails, and an assortment of other mixed libations. The decor is like a bar dive if liquor is your main thing. As a non drinker -- nothing stiffer than a Dr. Pepper-- this would not be my vibe, but may be yours if all you want is a solid selection of creative and mainstay libations from a very friendly bartender whose primary purpose was to please all who entered -- this tipsy topsy environment ( Like TV Cheers) -- then this may be the place for you.

Bar orders were slow as they were apparently training a new bartender. My wife splurged and got the Bison Filet Stir Fry -- delicious! On the higher end of the menu pricing at $36 (4/24). I got the Feta + Herb Crusted Salmon. Also, quite tasty and perfectly cooked. We did also use the Yelp Check-In for a free appetizer (choice of wings or croquettes at our visit). We got the croquettes, and they are very tasty! We took half of them home for yet another meal. Prices here are a bit on the high side for the DSM area in this type of venue. If the service was as consistently good as the food I wouldn't notice, but since it's not quite up to par at times, I do tend to remember.

Another friend had burnt ends...the bun was so soggy, she had to eat the meat without the bun. Another friend had burnt ends- he ate most of it, but also disappointed with the soggy bun.
