Should be able to rate -1!!! I broke my hand and the Dr didn't even see the break from my xray. Luckily I took a picture of my xray before I left. I sent it to my daughter who is a PA student and she found the break instantly. Meanwhile they told me a radiologist would read the xray 1-2 days later. Didn't heard back from them and so I called them and they told me they couldn't send out the xray to the radiologist because they were having software issues and it would be fixed in 2 days. I called back 2 days later and still not fixed or read . At this point it was over a week that I originally went there and my hand was broken ! I complained at this point and talked to the Dr. over the phone. He had me come back to take new X-rays free of charge. So I go back and the front desk girl is trying to charge me again!! Now this time I'm seeing a different Dr and he also doesn't see the break !! OMG!! I had to show HIM where it was on the new X-ray and then he said " yeah that look suspicious.. yep that's a break" Then it took another week to for them to fix the software and send it to the radiologist . So now it's been 2 weeks since the break and yep... broken 5th metacarpal and a broken wrist bone!!!! I would NEVER use this place!!! Like I said my daughter whom is a PA student found the break instantly!!! Also they did not send X-rays to my primary Dr. There was no way I could get them or have them forward them to my dr . I totally get that ppl with a negative experience will be 100% more likely to leave a review. I never leave any BUT this place is amazin! Dr Alabast is the best Dr I've found since my last moved 10 years ago. thank goodness he's going into private practice as well. I love doctor Alabbas, he has been a phenomenal help & friend, to myself as well as some of my family members, we greatly appreciate his professionalism, and are always in awe and marvel always at how he continues to be "spot on", with each diagnosis and treatment for us regardless of his being such a "quick study!" The office personnel and nurses are also just as splendid! They are quick to welcome you, and make sure that your wait to be seen, is not lengthy and a pleasant experience always! Dr Alabbas is probably one of the least personable doctors I've ever met. He spends only a few seconds in the room with you without introduction, nor does he properly explain the diagnosis or the plan of care. He would barely let me explain why I came in without cutting me off multiple times and touching me unnecessarily. He doesn't care about anything but money. During my visit I could hear him yell at his staff. This is a terrible urgent care and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! read more

Do NOT go here. Front desk receptionist has no clue what she is doing. Made me pay 100 dollars to be seen after I told her numerous times it only costs me $25 to be seen at ANY urgent care per my insurance. I have been here before in the past and only ever paid $25. However I was desperate for my daughter to be seen with a bad ear infection and our ped office was closed for the evening. We waited over an hour. Then the CVS denied filling our script because they said this place is shady and they won't do business with them anymore. I have still not received my $75 refund for the WRONGLY priced visit and they won't call us back. SHADY. And the best part is that this visit was 2 months ago and it STILL has not been submitted to my insurance company from them! They are doing business and overcharging under the table. I had my first experience with this place yesterday. I avoid urgent care at all costs, because I'm cheap and I've had the same dr for 25 years. I was in really bad shape and my dr couldn't fit me in right away. I was so impressed with Dr. Alabbas! He greeted me with a friendly, authentic smile. He listened to me and did everything he could to help. He gave me prescriptions and clear directions. I called with some follow-up questions and he took the time to speak with me today. The website wouldn't allow me to register. The physician refused to perform a physical because she was not my primary doctor. I informed her that my primary doctor retired and that my insurance company recommended I go wherever my insurance is excepted. I informed them of this when making my appointment too. Can you say malpractice? Do not go to this place. I don't know how this place is still open, no one in their knows what they are doing. Over a year ago I had staples taken out of my head, which should have been a simple process as the staples are specifically made to be clamped in the middle w a tool to open up and taken out easily. This did not happen. Instead for over an hour this person cut away and pulled at my head w pliers, which put me in even more pain then when they went in. I didn't waste my time to write a review until they just tried to send me another bill over 12 months later when I paid before I left. Absolute scam!! Needs to be investigated and shut down. These Doctors are a joke. Every tine I ccome in, there are different staff. I got shots here, and fhey hurt. Turns out they didnt wait long enough while it was mixed, and it was thick, causing more pain. Also,the nurse laughed and told me the meds were kept in the same fridge as there lunchea. Also, bathrooms and lobby were dirty, like there is no cleaning crew. Upon leaving, i saw the nurses cleaning windows. Would NOT recommend to anyone. read more

I visited this Urgent Care a while back because I was having some sudden breathing issues while I was at work. I was having difficulty taking deep breaths, my chest was feeling tight and it was hard for me to talk. I had no idea what was going on and my doctors office had already closed so I thought it best to go to Urgent Care. I understand they might need to do extra testing considering the fact that they don't have my medical history but this was a bit over the top in my opinion. I explained the symptoms to the doctor and they went ahead and tested me for strep, flu AND I was given an EKG due to the fact that I was describing tightness in my chest. I didn't really care about all the testing, I just wanted an answer as to what was going on!!! The doctor printed out my EKG results and told me he "didn't like the looks" of it and wanted me to go and see a cardiologist! When I asked him to elaborate, he said the results were concerning and that I needed to see a specialist immediately BUT I shouldn't be anxious about it. RIGHT. I had the results printed off so I could take them in to see my family doctor the next day. I made a follow up appt with her and showed her my "concerning results" and to my surprise (and relief!) she told me there was nothing on my print out and I certainly didn't need to see a cardiologist. And oh, by the way the tightness in my chest was actually a form of bronchitis, easily fixed with an inhaler. One star for cleanliness (because the office was very clean when I came in) and one star for the benefit of the doubt that they couldn't diagnose me accurately because they didn't have my history. read more

The nurse at the front desk was phenomenal. Very thorough and pleasant. I had a slavic doctor who never introduced himself. I don't think he understood what my problem was, namely that it was an isolated incident and not a consistent occurrence, and would not listen to me when I tried explaining it several times. Staff was so disrespectful, I waited in the lobby for 2 hours waiting to get a covid test and they were no help. This time of year is so stressful for everyone and I was very nice to the staff. I asked multiple times if they needed us to fill out paper work or how long the wait was and the lady asked us to "hold on a minute", and nothing was said to us for another hour until I walked my ass up to the front desk and she finally gave us the paper. I was completely calm about everything and she had the worst attitude with me. Like lady your a grown ass woman i'm a kid grow UP. Other people that signed up after us on the list were helped before us and because of that they ran out of rapid tests. I am so enraged and will not be coming her again. The floors were literally covered in dirt and theres like 2 chairs, theres no sanitation after people leave the chairs or use the pens, if I wasn't already positive I definitely am now after sitting in the germ filled lobby. thanks!! read more

I really wish there were an zero start option. This place is a joke. We just moved to Michigan from out of state, and our insurance hasn't kicked in yet, so we came here with our daughter. First off, the lady who checked us in, had slippers on! Really??! In a doctors office. And then, she didn't have the slightest clue what was going on. While she was checking us in, she asked us A million questions about my Daughter, which I couldn't even answer because my daughter is one---she can't tell me. Then, the doctor determined that she has a very slightly red ear, which could indicate the beginning of an ear infection, but didn't want to prescribe us antibiotic just yet because she was just on antibiotic a month ago for an ear infection. (Which I agreed with) I told him that I didn't want to pay 100$ to bring her in again if her symptoms got worse so he said just to call, and he would send over antibiotic without being seen again. (Thought that was strange but agreed) what should've happened is giving me the script and I would fill it if she seemed worse. So I call today, and the lady was rude, and said it was policy that she had to be seen again. Oh, and they now, less than a week alter have a new Doctor. Do not waste your time or money here. This place needs more people to assist patients. My first experience there, I made an appointment on line. I called to asked a question and was told for a covid test just come in I didn't need an appointment. When we got there the waiting room was full. I asked for new patient forms was told I would be called up. About an hour later was called up to fill out forms, by the time I was called in it was my appointment time. What was the purpose of me coming up there and sitting and waiting them knowing I may have covid and having me sit in a waiting room with other patients? I even asked, when I first go there if I should be sitting in the waiting room and she said, yes it was fine. What?? Then the next day, I called and asked for the test results to be emailed. They called and told me the results, yes I already know that I need the test results emailed for my employer. She said she would email it right away. I called an hour later thinking that she sent to wrong email, nope...hadn't got to it but promised she would send in 10 minutes. I asked are you sure, I can drive up there and get it so I have it for my employer today, no problem will send in 10 minutes. Then 3 hours later I called and said I did not get the email and was told I didn't have time but you can come now. No, I am not driving in rush hour traffic to pick up something I could have came and got 5 hours ago. Very, poor service, and not the people's fault working there, they are nice and doing the best that they can. Hire more people or go by "scheduled appointments" so you are not overloaded and take care of the people that you are getting paid from! read more

I wouldn't advise anyone to go to place to get any type of medical care. This place is nasty, disorganized. I toke my son there to get stitches. The doctor got mad because he ask him to changed his gloves before he starts working on him. We watched this doctor go in and out the our room looking for medical supplies touching door handles etc. Them comes back in the room trying to attempt to put stitches in my son face. We ask the doctor to changed his gloves before he starts touching my son wound. Doctor got mad and says , I don't have to work him , leave and go to the hospital. How rude and unprofessional. You suppose to be a doctor and you know that's s sterile procedure. So most definitely stay AWAY from this place. It needs to be shut down. read more

I was in and out within a half hour, picked up my meds at cvs across the parking lot and they were already ready. Very clean, fast, staff was super helpful and accommodating. There was no line, they took me right back the doctor came in shortly after and after 12 hours of taking the meds he prescribed me I am already feeling better. I would always come here. read more

We came in for my son's ear infection and the service was terrible. Dr. Ahmad Alabbas saw my son, claim it was an ear infection which we knew, wrote us a prescription and wouldn't drain it for us. He did ask us to come back in 5 days which they would charge us again from the deductible. The nurse didn't say anything and we left with a prescription. I was upset at their service, the care and the doctor's attitude. Definitely, they just want to make a quick buck. I would give it no stars if possible. read more

I want to this urgent care once and I will never return. I went in, with my boyfriend, because I felt like complete crap. Throwing up, the whole 9 yards. After I checked in I waited a few minutes before I was brought back to have my vitals taken. While the tech is getting my vitals, another tech comes over and tells her she's doing it wrong. After they take my vitals , in the hallway, I get put in a treatment room. This room was not clean what so ever. They were things splashed on the walls and I couldn't even begin to guess what they were. The tech comes back in and says the doctor wants her to swab me for the flu and for strep. That was fine with me. After she left the room and the rapid flu and strep tests came back, I could hear the tech telling the doctor that they both came back negative. They weren't mumbling, I could hear them clear as day. The doctor came into the treatment room, asked me to open my mouth and he looked in it. After a few seconds he told me I had strep. And in my state of feeling like crap I didn't really think about it. He gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and sent me on my way. This clinic didn't even give me discharge papers explaining what was wrong and how to treat it. I do have some background in medical knowledge being a nursing student, but it didn't click with me yet. After a few days I went to the er because I was feeling worse. The very kind doctor at the er informed me that I in fact did not have strep, but the "stomach flu". This doctor also informed me that if I had had strep, the antibiotic that the doctor at the urgent care prescribed me wouldn't do anything for strep. If you want to be wrongfully diagnosed and given a medication you don't need, be seen by a doctor for 5 seconds and be in a dirty room, this is the place for you. If not, don't even bother checking to see if this urgent care is open. read more

I've been here more than 3 dozen times over the past year and a half and everytime I get my prescription sent over they fail to do so leaving me waiting for 2-3 hours. Avoid this urgent care at all costs. Highly unprofessional. I visited last week at night - 7pm - and was the only patient in the building. I waited for an HOUR AND A HALF, really sick and needing help - only to be told when I finally went up to the front desk to find out what was going on that the doctor had LEFT the building for awhile. Both the doctor - who knew I was waiting - and the front office girl just left me in the room; they told me nothing until I asked. Thank goodness it wasn't too late to go to another urgent care! When I called to talk to the office manager, Dawn,the next day, she was apologetic and nice and promised to follow up by the following day. It's now been a week. There are many good urgent cares out there - this is NOT one of them. If you need help, don't go here. read more
