My first visit I was able to be seen very quickly and yes, I had an issue that would need to be addressed with a root canal and then a cap at my dentist. The first appointment for work was scheduled several weeks ahead of time- I get it they are busy and people had appointments before me. In a perfect world I would have liked to get started sooner but what is more important to me is getting it done correctly. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to my endodontist -Dr song were so nice. Dr song went over his recommendations and explained what would be going on. I have only ever had one other root canal and that was at a dentist. Fyi - a root canal at an endodontist is way more involved - but that is what they specialize in. I told Dr song my concern - what I would be in pain during the procedure and he made sure I was not. He also Checked on me periodically throughout to make sure I was still ok and I appreciated that I hope to never need his services again, but I would see him again if needed

The dental rooms felt outdated, older equipment. She rushed me through an appointment I booked same day since I had some pain, and the visit was quick. She gave me meds. I felt it was time to go. I started with Smile Care this pass year. Smile Care's office is clean, up to date with their equipment, and their care team is Excellent with their communications with me regarding my oral health. Dr. Hedvat is nice, and a straight shooter. I am not sure he knows he has a sense of humor, but he makes me laugh. Dolores, the hygienist - well, she is amazing. I let her know that I am very sensitive to the epi when I am there for the deep cleaning, and she conquers it, and allows me to be epi free with minimal discomfort. She's gentle, kind, and funny. Overall, I enjoy the professionalism of Smile Care. I can have Dr. Hedvat do my annual care, and within that, he has a care team prepared for all your oral care needs.

Dr. W had to replace inlays and on lays that were falling apart after a couple of years... thanks to Creepy. Dr. W was recommended by my family physician who I trust. They don't overbook appointments so I've never waited more than 5 minutes to get called in. The staff are delightful and Teri is a terrific hygienist! They do such good work and I always feel great when I leave the office.

I had a root canal done by a dentist last month. It was painful and even multiple injections to…read morenumb the area were not working. I just muscled through the pain. An hour later and they had finished. I still had numbness the next day. I went to another dentist for 3 crowns 15 days ago and after that procedure my gums were swollen and the pain was affecting my throat, eye and ear. Needless to say I was in a lot of pain. I went to 3 other dentists to try and find out why and all they wanted to do was deep clean my gums for another $395. I finally went to Dr Gim and was told that I needed a root canal on one of teeth that just had the crown. The pain was getting unbearable and I was not fun to be around. They were very accommodating and were able to do the procedure that afternoon. This office is beyond professional and the staff is fantastic. Once they started the procedure, I was given a few shots (that actually worked) with no pain at all and I was done in 20 minutes. They even used a microscope during the process. Gim said that I had an angry tooth, guess it bled a lot during the root canal. This was done yesterday and for the first time in 14 days I slept through the night, and today, no pain at all. I cannot over state, GO TO A PROFESSIONAL Endodontic office. I can think of no better place that Han & Gim. Don't let a dentist do your root canal. Spend the extra few bucks and get it done right the first time.
