Always a good spot to stop for coffee and tea. The service is fast and the ambiance is casual with lounge chairs available for you to sit and work.

Adored this little gem. I grew up going to the 1,000 islands and to come back as an adult and experience it with my husband is so fun. This is such a great addition to the town. Their blended coffees are top notch! Check out the upstairs, super cozy spot and friendly baristas!

Very busy Monday (Labor Day) but service was great with only a short wait to order. Cute interior with a loft. I'd wish I had more than one packet of cream cheese on this delicious bagel. Iced chai latte was very good.

While on family vacation in the area, we stopped in this coffee shop about 4 different times. The coffee is great and the options are plentiful. If you don't like drinks too sweet, be sure to tell the baristas so you get the type of drink you want. I enjoyed each of the cold brews I tried, especially with white chocolate. My only complaint would be the lack of service at the counter. Two days in a row I was the only person waiting to order and my order wasn't taken for several minutes. The one older lady working seemed to focus more on cleaning up the area than on taking care of waiting customers. At one point, I had started ordering for my husband and she completely stepped away and down the counter for something. My business and my order definitely didn't feel like her priority.

We finally tried this place and it did not disappoint! They have a TON of different coffee styles (ices, hot, latte, macchiato, espresso) and every flavor you can think of. I got a lyric mocha (white chocolate and caramel) and it was so good! We also got a cheese danish (my hubby's favorite) and it was so fresh, crispy, and the right amount of cheese! It is quite big inside with plenty of seating area. They even have an upstairs which is super cute. We sat on the couches to drink our coffee and we saw a crowd of people come in but the line went super fast! They are very efficient and quick to serve. They also have bagels and baked goods which I think the bagels are usually a big hit since everyone basically ordered one so that's on my list to do next time. If you're in the area, Lyric coffee is a MUST!

Stopped into Lyric Coffee house on the way home from Alexandria Bay. Such a charming ass little place.. I think it was an old theatre back around 1900. Awesome atmosphere. Coffee drinks were really good, also had NY style bagel breakfast sandwiches and danishes .. were all really good too. High quality all around. Service was great too, friendly staff that will bring ur order to ur table if it's not too busy. Sitting upstairs is a must! Would totally stop again.

A view of space with balcony seating.

What a cute place in Clayton NY. Great breakfast sandwiches and delicious lattes. Very busy as the locals must know it's a gem.

We ordered the following: 1,000 Island Omelet (ham, onion, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, and tomatoes). The omelet was accompanied by perfectly seasoned potatoes, strawberries, and rye roast. The other order was the Harbor Breakfast (2 sunny side up eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, English muffins, and strawberry). Both of these selections were flavorful, filling, and cooked to perfection. I cannot recommend the Seaway Grille enough and am so glad that it's conveniently located within the 1,000 Islands Harbor Hotel.

The appetizer we originally ordered wasn't available, so we ordered the crab dip. Unfortunately, it contained very little crab, had a thick, paste-like texture, and was so unappetizing that we barely touched it. The entrees were even more disappointing. Two chicken dishes were literally inedible due to their taste, appearance, and poor preparation. The pork chops were edible but very dry, and they weren't served with the side dish described on the menu. The steak was also overcooked, dry, lacking flavor, and also came with the wrong side dish. What made the experience even more disappointing was the complete lack of attention from management. With multiple meals left untouched or barely eaten, you would expect a manager to stop by the table, ask about the experience, or make an effort to address the obvious problems. That never happened. The one bright spot of the evening was our server, who was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and did everything she could to make the best of a very disappointing dining experience. She deserves recognition because the poor food and lack of management were not a reflection of her excellent service. In an effort of some compensation we were given a couple plates of chocolate covered cherries and cream that were the best part of the entire meal. Too little too late. First off, their website is odd. Not much information, quite confusing, sometimes it won't even load (on mobile device), so if you're trying to make a reservation, call them directly. Location, beautiful, along the river, great outdoor seating. I'm sure dinner and sunset is stunning. Good, it was okay. We ordered kids breakfast, huevos rancheros skillet thing, chicken and waffles, biscuit and gravy, and the whisky flight. The huevos ranchero was good, nothing to rave over but good. The chicken and waffles didn't come with syrup at first, I'm sure it was a mistake. The biscuit and gravy... looked amazing, but the biscuits were hard. Like rock hard, and even after sitting in the gravy, no moisture would come back. Haha Service... the lady was so sweet, but she kept forgetting us, she would place hot things right in front of the baby where she would easily grab it. She had a hard time splitting the bill. Ultimately we had to ask another waitress for water refill and splitting our bill. Maybe we will go back... but not in a rush.
