The sample! It was the sample that drew me in. Not the line. Not the similarity to the fudgery in my home city. On first bite, I was sold. Got in the back of the line as it moved forward quickly

Yummy! Can't go wrong with Laderach. I love all their chocolates especially the dark chocolate hazelnut.

She's a chocolate lover, so I figured I could find something great here. I found many fantastic options! The only problem here is the prices. Everything is pretty pricey. I've been to independent boutique chocolate shops before, but this one was priced even higher than others, likely due to its strip location. There is also no seating inside, but plenty in the casino. I ended up grabbing one of their cookies. It was double chocolate and reasonably priced. It was loaded with chocolate and was incredibly rich all the way through. The guy working the front counter was super nice and chill. He chatted with me for a while after my purchase. Next time I'd like to grab a sipping chocolate, as it seems like that's a speciality of theirs here. Overall, a great chocolate shop if you're willing to spend more than typical.

I've tried their cappuccino, cortado, and their mocacchino (drinking chocolate with espresso and whipped cream). The cappuccino and cortado were standard ish, and their mocaccino was really rich and tasty. Funny how they tell us it's a really small drink. Love the whipped cream dusted with cocoa powder. Give it a lil stir to balance the espresso and chocolate. Comes with a marshmallow and a lil cookie. You can also get more marshmallows up front as well. Their pastries were alright. More pretty than tasty IMO. Love their chocolate bars and treats. Pricey, but so good. I've also tried their hot chocolate powders since they have flavors such as hojicha hot chocolate and chai hot chocolate. The flavors are a bit subtle, but tasty.

Wow... just WOW. Before i get too ahead of myself…read more.. Royce Chocolates is located at the Grand Canal Shops at The Venetian Resorts. When it comes to the strip, i tend to get lost in the chaos of everything but today was a good day as i found Royce Chocolates easily. A friend and I walked in and were immediately greeted by a lovely lady and a lovely gentleman. We walked around a bit to look at all the perfectly staged chocolate displays and chillers. So much selection and honestly if i HAD to choose we would of been there for a while... i wanted it ALL. Made my way to the counter and conversed with "Thomas". Thomas, by the way, is EXCELLENT. Thomas was informative & so very nice - he is a great asset to Royce Chocolates! Thomas gave us a little background of Royce Chocolates and spoke so professionally about what they had to offer in the store. Thomas offered us samples of 4 different NAMA chocolates & a sample of the chocolate-dipped potato chips. Matcha - my fave! Mango Champagne Au Lait Nama chocolates are only made with quality ingredients (you'll immediately know this once u have a piece). Originating in Hokkaido Japan, this high quality and exquisitely made chocolate will have you wanting to make another run to Royce Chocolates! I got the Nama Champagne Chocolates. AMAZING. So creamy and delicious! The chocolate comes in a cute little box and each chocolate is in little perfectly cute bite size squares. Thomas nicely wrapped the box in a thermal bubble sleeve and also put a small ice bag in it so it would keep fresh. (Btw... this chocolates are normally stored cool) and he also gave me a complimentary spray cleaner for my cel phone and ipad! So sweet! I haven't stopped thinking about Nama chocolates since I tortured that entire box of chocolates in one sitting (tummy was very pleased)! And NO, i didn't share. However, i will be going to Royce Chocolates this weekend with my friend who is insisting on getting some of this magnificent chocolate she hears me bragging about. Cant wait.

The first worker helped us with 2 and then kinda looked like she didn't want to help us anymore and went somewhere else. Another gentleman came and was extremely helpful. He actually gave us a sample of a handful of chocolates to help us decide. I ended up with 4 boxes. I think they were $22-$24 each. Very smooth

We just had a huge lunch, so we ordered 1. a matcha latte, iced, and it was delicious! 2. blueberry cheesecake crepe: excellent fillings and blueberries, very light, not heavy and not too sweet. However, I do want to clarify one very important point regarding my service dog. He was calm, quiet, and completely under control throughout the entire visit. He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I sincerely hope your staff can be better informed about the distinction between pets and service animals so that another customer with a legitimate service dog is not made to feel unwelcome or told they MUST sit outside.
