The line can get pretty backed up depending on the time of day, but it does move fairly fast. Tons of delicious pastries and treats that you can choose from and would overall recommend.

Pain au Chocolat, Salted Caramel Cronut & Blueberry Broich
    Racquel E.

We've passed by this bakery many times and finally had the chance to give it a try. We picked up a few pastries to enjoy for breakfast the next morning. I chose the Salted Caramel Cronut - Chef Dominque Ansel's signature half croissant and half doughnut pastry. Our daughter enjoyed the Blueberry Brioch and my hubby had the Pain au Chocolat. The pastries were light, flaky, and delicious. On our next visit, I'd love to try their famous Chocolate Chip Cookie Shot, Frozen S'mores or the Chocolate-Covered Strawberry.

Frozen s'mores , delicious cookies and desserts!!! They have to cookie shots with baileys available ( $45) pretty though but unique!!! Staff was great and the line went quick!!! Plenty of seating in and around the restaurant

Tasty pastries + staff were friendly! Main complaint (reason for 4 star review) is their long lines. There are two lines but one appears to be specifically for crepes and ice cream because of a large sign above the cashier stating as much, but you can in fact order off their full menu from either line. Upon ordering, the person who takes your order is also grabbing your items / drinks unless you ordered outside of their pastries menu. Essentially, the lines are longer than they should be. But food was good and would definitely come back to try other items - if the lines are shorter!

    DKA Dominique's Kouign Amann!

OMG YESSSSS!!! I've had DA's pastries before at the Grove in LA but was not blown away like now! Gimme some DKA aka D's Kouign Amann!! I wish I'd bought four my last day in Vegas because Dad accidentally ate the one for Mom instead of his apple pastry ... and he said there wasn't any filling. Yes, there wasn't supposed to be filling in the crispy, flaky, cinnamon sugar dusted DKA! I first had Cronuts at Paris Baguette so I knew what I was about to experience back at the Grove in 2019. I ordered one here in Vegas and this month's flavor was coconut creme. Very light in flavor, same heaviness I've gotten used to from croissant donuts. They were also offering milk chocolate flavor this month that I wasn't aware of when ordering. I wanted to try the madeleines after gifting a friend the new IOTA hand cream made in partnership with DA himself. I ordered the lemon madeleines instead and was confused since they were coated in this earl grey white chocolate. The madeleine was drenched in maybe milk so it was so soft like tres leches with a lemon custard center. I went back the next day and ordered fresh, piped and baked to order mini madeleines-- twenty pieces for ~$12?! I should've bought at least two orders! And they smell just like the hand cream! So I went and bought myself the cream from ULTA to remember my DA Vegas breakfast runs while staying at Caesar's Palace. Also, my sister LOVES the pain au chocolat! She had it twice and probably should've bought more. It's pricey at $10 but worth the splurge. DKAs also run at $10 each. Get a nice four piece box as a gift for about $41. Oh! I forgot I bought three canelés. Ended up eating two of them. Opt for the bag instead of the box to save money. Custardy center with a chewy exterior, tastes a bit like slightly burnt brown sugar, in the best way possible. Finally tried the infamous chocolate chip cookie shot with steamed Madagascar vanilla milk! The cookie is warmed in their oven for ultimate melty chocolate-ness. I'm glad I shared this. Maybe I'll try the torched marshmallow ice cream bar one day. Staff is super sweet and friendly. Line goes by quickly. They have a few tables to sit at for a quick snack or breakfast.

When in Vegas, Dominique Ansel is a must. We always make a point to come in for our favorite, the frozen s'more. Ugh so delicious and I don't even like marshmallows. Service is always fast and friendly. We even had the manager come out and chat with us for a little while. Dominqiue Ansel's shop never disappoints.

I am a local 7 Seven Star who doesn't cook. I can't thank Anthony Tanara at Dominic Ansel in Caesar's palace for all of his help in my ordering the once a year cronut holes! I am allergic to both peach and bourbon and hence, he was kind enough to assist either my pre order and swapped out that one Cronut for a different one! His kindness and professionalism matches what I have experienced at the Dominic Ansel Marche in the Caesar's Paris hotel for years! Thank you for being so attentive and understanding, Anthony! I have photographed the birthday Cronut box!

Chocolate covered strawberry, blueberry muffin Passion fruit & pistacio macaroons

Presentation was 10/10 for everything. All the desserts were cutely decorated and the price reflected that. Chocolate covered strawberry- 5/5: I personally am not a fan of dark chocolate, but I didn't realize it was dark because everything else was so sweet and balanced it out. Blueberry muffin- 4/5: Was very strange at first taste, but the more you ate it the better it got. The flavors hit you all at once almost not meshing together until you let it sit for a bit. Passion fruit & pistacio macaroons- 4/5: The passion fruit was pretty sour so be careful if that's not your thing. I felt like PF was unique because that flavor isn't offered often. Pistachio was like your typical pistachio.

As I was waiting to catch a show at the Caesars Colosseum, Dominique Ansel is conveniently located right across the way. I got the infamous chocolate cookie shot with milk as well as the ice cream stuffed toasted marshmallow. Both had great presentation! The cookie was slightly underwhelming, but appreciated the cookie being warmed up slightly and the steamed milk was smooth. The cookie was a little bit on the harder side, understandable for structure. The marshmallow was the star for me, the cripsy outer edge and the cold ice cream inside was a nice contrast and made for a sweet yummy bite.

All pastries and desserts are very pretty so it caught my eye and I decided to give it a try. I got the s'mores and the chocolate covered strawberry. The s'mores was very sweet and tasted more marshmallow then anything else. Not my favorite dessert but if you're a marshmallow fan you would probably love it.the chocolate covered strawberry was good but I could only eat a couple bites because it was so sweet. I probably wouldn't go back just because of the price tag and it was not my favorite dessert I had in Vegas.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I enjoyed it so much I had to return multiple times to try different things. Strawberry Crepes: delicious. It's hard to go wrong with crepes and these did not disappoint. The crème was a little heavy but that didn't stop me from chowing down. Cronut: the Cronut of the month was strawberry. It was filled with a strawberry jam and crème. I loved it so much that I had to grab a few for the airplane on the way out. French Dip: hands down my favorite. The bread is amazing. It has a nice crunch to it and the au jus helps moisten it just enough for an easy bite. Black Forest Tart: the cherries on the inside were delicious as was everything else about it.

Most delicious Keylime pie the side of the Mississippi!

This bakery is bomb and I'm so happy I discovered it at Caesar's Palace today, I got a little container of lychee mini meringues. The key lime pie looked amazing, but it's not completely gluten-free unless I just eat the top. I'm going back to get it today! The employees are very nice especially Maria who I tipped for being so sweet.

    Laura M.

you're walking through Caesars Palace, do yourself a favor and stop by Dominique Ansel -- because these desserts are truly works of art. Everything in the case looks almost too perfect to be real. Honestly, they look fake in the best way possible -- glossy, detailed, and beautifully crafted. We had to try the "You're My Pick" cherry basket and the blueberry muffin. The cherry basket was absolutely stunning...delicate, vibrant, and almost too pretty to bite into. And the blueberry muffin was just as gorgeous as it was delicious. What a treat!!!

What times to get freshly made DKA?

They open super early like 5 am

When is the best time to get cronuts before they sell out?

We went around 2:30 on a weekday and there were still plenty. I imagine weekends might be a bit busier.

Where is it located exactly at Cesar Palace?

It's right next to the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill or a little past the food court

It didn't taste artificial at all like at St**b**ks. I'm pretty sure they make the apple syrup in house. Perfectly spiced and comforting. I would come back just for this drink but unfortunately I think it's a seasonal item. Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The pastry was beautifully crispy and the cream had the perfect texture with visible vanilla bean specks. I even found myself licking the paper it came on and didn't care who saw me because it was that good. Mushroom Crêpe: Yes, it's worth the hype. The photos online make it look very cheesy, but it's actually quite light. My husband doesn't like cheese and couldn't even taste it. I ordered it without mayo to keep it a little lighter. The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. Parking is easy and straightforward, and the café itself is absolutely adorable. If you have time, sit down and enjoy the experience.

The sweet items have also become a major disappointment. What used to be fresh, well-made, and worth going out of the way for now tastes stale and, in my opinion, is no longer enjoyable. It is especially disappointing because this place had a strong reputation and genuinely used to be good. Overall, it feels expensive, overhyped, and no longer worth the visit. The savory selection may still be decent, but the bakery's sweets and flower shop quality have fallen far below what they used to be.
