    Cookie shots!!
    Vanessa R.

Visited this spot a feeew times! Always worth to see what treats are out for the day/season. I love the different designs and pops of color, it definitely adds to the experience. Of course you got to grab a cookie shot while you're here as well just for the fun of it! Cute to do with your family or friends or for that sweet tooth. I'd highly recommend visiting at least once to experience these adorable little treats.

Highlights: * Baked desserts that are cooked to perfection * A must try even if it's crowded Food * Cronut - this and all of the baked items are cooked perfectly and it seems effortless and easy to dismiss as touristy. But compared to pastries anywhere else in the US, it's clear how special Ansels pastries are. The line can get long and it's Vegas so everything seems touristy, though Dominique Ansels is one I will say is worth the hype!

Stopped by to get sweets for my son to take back home with me. He loves cookies and what place better than Dominique Ansel. It's located at Caesars Palace in the casino area. There is some seating available in case you want to take a break from playing or walking. They serve iced drinks, iced lattes and more. The desserts are very unique and fun, always fresh and delicious. The place is known for cookie and milk shots. Very cute idea. Customer service was friendly even though there was a long line

Ok service. Good taste. Subpar value. Cool looking shop in Caesars. This was our first time going here and would probably choose elsewhere for treats in the future.

I wanted to love all their items, but they seemed to be more focused on the looks and gimmicks than the taste. The milk and cookies wasn't anything amazing. The cookie was hard and dry and the milk inside was just warm milk and we couldn't taste anything vanilla in it.

What a cute place in the Paris hotel! Came here for some mango sorbet and wow it was tasty! I didn't expect the flavor to be so rich. My friend got the strawberry and that was also delicious. If you are looking for a refresher on a hot day in Vegas, and you're near this spot, I would definitely try this out. The service was great and the employees was helpful with samples. Awesome spot

    DKA Dominique's Kouign Amann!

OMG YESSSSS!!! I've had DA's pastries before at the Grove in LA but was not blown away like now! Gimme some DKA aka D's Kouign Amann!! I wish I'd bought four my last day in Vegas because Dad accidentally ate the one for Mom instead of his apple pastry ... and he said there wasn't any filling. Yes, there wasn't supposed to be filling in the crispy, flaky, cinnamon sugar dusted DKA! I first had Cronuts at Paris Baguette so I knew what I was about to experience back at the Grove in 2019. I ordered one here in Vegas and this month's flavor was coconut creme. Very light in flavor, same heaviness I've gotten used to from croissant donuts. They were also offering milk chocolate flavor this month that I wasn't aware of when ordering. I wanted to try the madeleines after gifting a friend the new IOTA hand cream made in partnership with DA himself. I ordered the lemon madeleines instead and was confused since they were coated in this earl grey white chocolate. The madeleine was drenched in maybe milk so it was so soft like tres leches with a lemon custard center. I went back the next day and ordered fresh, piped and baked to order mini madeleines-- twenty pieces for ~$12?! I should've bought at least two orders! And they smell just like the hand cream! So I went and bought myself the cream from ULTA to remember my DA Vegas breakfast runs while staying at Caesar's Palace. Also, my sister LOVES the pain au chocolat! She had it twice and probably should've bought more. It's pricey at $10 but worth the splurge. DKAs also run at $10 each. Get a nice four piece box as a gift for about $41. Oh! I forgot I bought three canelés. Ended up eating two of them. Opt for the bag instead of the box to save money. Custardy center with a chewy exterior, tastes a bit like slightly burnt brown sugar, in the best way possible. Finally tried the infamous chocolate chip cookie shot with steamed Madagascar vanilla milk! The cookie is warmed in their oven for ultimate melty chocolate-ness. I'm glad I shared this. Maybe I'll try the torched marshmallow ice cream bar one day. Staff is super sweet and friendly. Line goes by quickly. They have a few tables to sit at for a quick snack or breakfast.

Tasty pastries + staff were friendly! Main complaint (reason for 4 star review) is their long lines. There are two lines but one appears to be specifically for crepes and ice cream because of a large sign above the cashier stating as much, but you can in fact order off their full menu from either line. Upon ordering, the person who takes your order is also grabbing your items / drinks unless you ordered outside of their pastries menu. Essentially, the lines are longer than they should be. But food was good and would definitely come back to try other items - if the lines are shorter!

When in Vegas, Dominique Ansel is a must. We always make a point to come in for our favorite, the frozen s'more. Ugh so delicious and I don't even like marshmallows. Service is always fast and friendly. We even had the manager come out and chat with us for a little while. Dominqiue Ansel's shop never disappoints.

I am a local 7 Seven Star who doesn't cook. I can't thank Anthony Tanara at Dominic Ansel in Caesar's palace for all of his help in my ordering the once a year cronut holes! I am allergic to both peach and bourbon and hence, he was kind enough to assist either my pre order and swapped out that one Cronut for a different one! His kindness and professionalism matches what I have experienced at the Dominic Ansel Marche in the Caesar's Paris hotel for years! Thank you for being so attentive and understanding, Anthony! I have photographed the birthday Cronut box!

The line can get pretty backed up depending on the time of day, but it does move fairly fast. Tons of delicious pastries and treats that you can choose from and would overall recommend.

If someone offered you a Cookie Shot, my first reaction would probably be an emphatic no! I'm not typically a fan of cookie dough or anything with a soft, wet texture. Thus, the concept alone was not appealing at all. But...I tried it. The Cookie Shot is a imaginative dessert: a warm chocolate chip cookie molded into the shape of a shot glass hence the name and lined with melted chocolate. It is filled with milk, or for an additional charge, Bailey's Irish Cream. This experience was simple and memorable. You sip the drink first, then enjoy the cookie itself, creating a dessert experience unlike anything I have had before. The concept was created by renown pastry chef Dominique Ansel, whose is also the creator of the Cronut®. What surprised me the most was how well it worked. The cookie was rich, buttery, and nicely textured, maintaining just enough structure to hold the milk. It's one of those rare desserts that's just as memorable for the experience as it is for the flavor. In addition. The bakey also sells other pastries, sandwiches, coffee and other drinks. When is the best time to get cronuts before they sell out?

We went around 2:30 on a weekday and there were still plenty. I imagine weekends might be a bit busier.

Where is it located exactly at Cesar Palace?

It's right next to the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill or a little past the food court

Reviews of this Korean coffee shop were impressive enough for us to give it a try. This "hidden" coffee shop had "speakeasy" vibes as it was a bit hard to find. Online photos led us to a massive, unmarked medieval-style wooden door with an "open" banner. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover as the interior featured antique furniture, a glass atrium, soaring trees, and a 3-level wooden bookshelf-reading area designed like a grandstand with seating you could climb on. I suggest staying here awhile and enjoy the F&D inside as it is definitely social media worthy and a gem in LV's Chinatown. After saving our spot, the gang proceeded to order from the long queue at the bar area. Took photos and marveled at this cozy cafe while waiting for our assortment of coffees and baked goodies to arrive. I had The Gäbi (dry cappuccino topped with raw sugar and espresso grounds) while my wife opted for the velvety Einspänner. We shared a Berry Ricotta Brioche. I was able to taste the other artisan pastries (Ube Mille Cake, Tiramisu Croissant and Strawberry Shortcake to name some) from our group and they were as good as they looked. The only complaint is the pricier bill than what other coffee shops might charge. I guess this view is at a cost then. First time trying in a Korean coffee shop and we loved it! We would definitely return if we're in this neck-of-the-woods again.

Very small interior, but a vast selection of treats. They offer donuts, cookies, even banana bread! Unfortunately with my evening visit, all of the donuts were sold out. Again, I came for the cookies so not a problem. I chose the Cookie Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie as well as the White Chocolate Chip Ube. I took them home as take out. Despite cooling down a bit, they stayed pretty warm (I still microwaved for good measure). These cookies are incredibly gooey, not at all cakey, and just sweet enough to still be flavorful. Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

However, I do want to clarify one very important point regarding my service dog. He was calm, quiet, and completely under control throughout the entire visit. He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I sincerely hope your staff can be better informed about the distinction between pets and service animals so that another customer with a legitimate service dog is not made to feel unwelcome or told they MUST sit outside.
