Terrible service this morning. Was made to wait almost an hour, in their crowded waiting room, with…read moremy mask on and no word from their staff. I finally walked out without getting my scan. This was at 6080 Boynton Beach Blvd. They called me just before I got back home and tried to make it look as though it was *my* fault for not complaining to them at the front desk before leaving. Wrong. There were people in line at the front desk, and I had already seen them shoo away other patients who tried to approach with questions after checking in. BOTTOM LINE: They're making way more appointments than they have the capacity to service. Also, there is no way to file a complaint by telephone with them. Call their number and you get the infamous "our menu options have changed" greeting, but none of those options involve feedback on their service (or lack thereof).

This place is so beautifully designed, clean, and well lit. Besides that I make too early…read moreappointments and I'm not fully awake, I dont mind coming here at all. My visual senses are satisfied and they have conveniences in the main/first waiting area of charging station and drink center as depicted in my tips for here. Staff is friendly and helpful when needed. As far as choosing a DCA location in the area, this one is my favorite.

Second impression was less than perfect, and I figured out why they call this the waiting room. Thank goodness I made my appointment for "first" thing in the morning. Even with an 8am appointment, I was nowhere near first in line, and didn't get called back until 8:15. Not horrible, but definitely not ideal. Heading back in for my X-Ray, I found out that back of the house is every bit as friendly and efficient as the front. Out in literally 5 minutes.

I did arrive early, and so thankful I did, because just standing at the line to check in took a few minutes, as the two staff people at the front desk seemed to be asking a lot of questions just for check-ins, and even though there is a few feet of distance between the desk and where the waiting line begins, I could hear the employee ask a question about cancer history, which seemed pretty intense and private for an open waiting room. The line behind me quickly grew to the entire length of the rather large waiting room. I filled up my water bottle at the coffee counter. They have a nice water machine, but there were no paper towels or napkins in sight. We didn't wait long, and the folks who performed the x-ray were kind and fun with my kid. Thank you!

They were promising insurance and after 12 years I thank God have the best now!! Waiting is less than 5-10 minutes. Staff Veronica and Audrey are both really fast, accurate, professional and friendly! The entire staff members are really awesome!! The phone process of scheduling an appointment is the worst of any company I have ever experienced. The call center is hopelessly backed up with waits of greater than 10 minutes being the norm. The hold messages gives no indication of how long the wait is expected to be and for more than the past year has been playing a message that blames the delays on the transition to a new medical records system. Management should ALL be terminated for gross incompetence.

The test was completed at 8:40 AM. I was asked to wait in case radiology had questions. Well, no one was there, so they sent me home 40 min later. Did I mention this test was supposed to be rushed? It is now 2 pm the next day, and NO ONE has read the test. I have canceled 2 doctor's appointments, and I am hoping they will have it by the end of the day today. I spoke to someone who said they didn't have a radiologist to read it. WHAT? That is all they do. I am pretty sure it is remote at that. I will never return. What gross incompetence. The fact that the test was labeled STAT and no one has looked at it is beyond comprehension. Maybe they should listen to their own message (which I did for the better part of 30 minutes) about how they are on top of things and care ablout patients. Just horrible.

She had a great personality and seemed in order. Without insurance it's $570 for an MRI. The waiting room was empty and spacious. Wife went in for an MRI and came out one hour later and said everyone was gentle and patient with her. Free parking directly in front of the entrance.
