I wonder if their insurance has lapsed. Will add to review as incident proceeds, they have a page at the secretary of state, but not at the BBB. But the other day, my Smart car wouldn't start. I tried jumping it, and it still wouldn't start. So I thought maybe it was the starter or the alternator. My Smart car was now a dumb car. So I called around to see if anyone close by could work on Smart cars. I spoke with the owner, Mark, first and not only did he say that they could fix whatever issue it was, but he also told me to check with my insurance company to see if they would cover the cost of the tow. (And they did, so bonus points for the free tow!) But anyway, I had it towed, and I told them that I thought it might be the starter. They got back to me within a few hours and let me know that it was only the battery. They sent me a quote via email and it was a lot less than I was expecting. I even compared the battery price to the price of batteries at a few "local" parts stores. And the cost of the battery itself was way less than what any part store would have charged me. They had the work done within a few hours and I was able to get it back quickly. I can't recommend the team at All Auto Repair more highly. They are great people and great to work with. My car is Smart once again.

After the nearest gas station and another towing company couldn't help, we were referred to Steve at Owyhee Towing & Recovery. From the moment I reached him, Steve was a lifeline. He was already done for the day, but without hesitation, he was willing to drive hours to reach my boyfriend in the middle of nowhere using GPS coordinates. The police kind of shrugged and told me they'd come back in a few hours and mark it for towing if it was still there.
