We were scheduled for 11am and Moyses arrived 10 minutes early. We went over what my grandma wanted done and he got to work. Less than 2 hours later he had done 3 rooms, one hallway and her bedroom. Carpet looks brand new - I wish I had a before picture because it was really bad with surface stains and high traffic wear and tear. My grandma is happy with the price and service. I was referred to this company by the property management that handles our rental (equity group). I have called many times leaving messages and no returned calls.. We needed to have our carpets recleaned because they didn't look clean when we moved in... Finally after a few days, we get a call back from Ali to set up an appointment. They were able to sent a technician out that day which was surprising since all the other local companies were full. When the van arrived it was very dirty and looked grungy. The young kid (Dustin) that came to my door looked filthy, smelled like cigarettes and had a bad attitude. His uniform was very dirty and messy including his pants and shoes. He walked with me through all rooms and I pointed out what needed to be cleaned. He said it looked fine to him... After arguing he finally started working. He cleaned way to fast and it looked horrible still. Carpets were wet for 2 days and smelled like a wet dog. We complained to Les Ellis (manager) and he basically just didn't care. We called another local company to clean and they did awesome. We have heard so many bad things about this company and I should have listened. Lesson learned.. You get what you pay for.

Was able to get out the egg stains from my driveway, both garage doors, exterior brick, and stucco on the second floor exterior in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed since it had been sitting for almost three days. His prices are very reasonable and his response time is fast. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have NEVER dealt with a company such as this one.  They…read morequickly took my money and then never showed up to perform the service. They had multiple no shows--no calls to reschedule, nothing. They just didn't bother showing up. This went on for months. Then they had the audacity to say that they had completed the service even though previous emails said they hadn't and they hadn't shown up since. I gave them multiple opportunities to remedy the situation and they didn't. I even tried calling the owner and got ignored there too. The service was for my 80 year old mother and they really took advantage. They said they'd been there and done the work when they hadn't. I was so frustrated--they ignored my emails, calls, everything. If it was just a few bucks, I would have let it go--lesson learned. However, it was over $1000. Luckily, a friend mentioned that you could file a claim on PayPal--which I did. It took some time to sort through the emails and take photos, but PayPal eventually reimbursed me every penny. I love PayPal as much as I dislike Chelyboo and their awful customer service. Some advice--STAY AWAY!!!! Call someone else or do it yourself.
