We hired him to move us from Boerne several months ago and the whole experience was a disaster! We had to move our things into storage units before we were able to move into our new home. We hired Boerne's Strongest Movers to pack our home into several storage units. He double booked us while "packing" the house, so he was not present as he said he would be. And his "crew" consisting of 2 well meaning but totally untrained and unprepared young ladies who succeeded in packing everything so poorly, the damage was unimaginable, broken pieces everywhere. Then his moving crew who could not legally drive the rented UHaul trucks and trailers that he rents (he does not own his own trucks), proceeded to throw our things into the trucks, then into the storage units in such a haphazard fashion, we had to undergo more breakage there. And that, on the things that made the trip, multiple items did not even show up at the new location, most notably 2 twin box spring foundations, kitchen knives, silverware, cutting boards, baking pans, children's outdoor play equipment, antique stand, and other personal items. So use him at your own risk! If you have anything of real value, it is in real danger!

However, I gave them another chance since they had done so well the previous 3 times. I explained to Jacob what went wrong the last time that the cobwebs had stuck to the lime stone window edges when they used water to "attempt" to get them off and it did NOT work. This time I requested that Jacob use a dry brush them first to get the cob webs down BEFORE USING water and it was a success. The results were great again! They came out and missed several windows during the initial clean and I had to go through and mark all of the missed corners. The tech that showed up used the same dirty water to wash all of the windows inside my house and got black water droplets all over my furniture, window sills, carpeting, and walls. He banged his ladder against the walls and left damage in three separate areas of my home. I had to scrub the black water droplets off my carpeting in several rooms and reclean all of the window sills after he left. For $2,000 this is absolutely insanely terrible service. Commercial buildings or outdoor windows sure... do not let these guys in your home. They powerwashed my driveway and blew all of my plant covers off the plants and didn't put them back, blew the dirty water right into the entrace of my driveway so it was immediately tracked back in within a day. I would also like to note that after i initially complained they sent the same technician back to my house "to make it right". yes, please send the same person that did a terrible job the first time back into my home and not tell me he is coming. I was uncomfortable the entire time. Again, super nice people when you meet them but they are sloppy and inconsiderate once inside your home.
