Please note the Red Hot Tonkotsu Ramen isn't that spicy just a hint. They had way too much green onions that was overpowering the ramen. The noodles were on the softer side as well. The broth was mediocre. However I really enjoyed the chashu it was cooked perfectly and soft.

The dipping sauce made each gyoza yummy. I loved the tonkotsu ramen. I normally don't like the smell of tonkotsu. It was different here. The pork smell was down to a minimum. The broth was creamy and full of body. I loved it so much that I drank the whole thing. I have never done that with tonkotsu broth ever. I got thick noodles. They were chewy and bouncy. So good! The chachu was excellent. I got two decent slices. They were so yummy with the egg, black fungus, and green onion. The corn elevated this bowl of ramen. I have been thinking about this ramen ever since. It was excellent. I paid for my meal at the counter. I used a credit card to pay. I tipped and tapped. Done! Have been to this location several times already! It is the closest Kinton to Square One (walking…read moredistance) which makes it already very convenient to get to while in the area. Only downside of the location is the parking situation which is more complex since it occupies one of the ground units of a condo. Gets busy most evenings during the dinner rush, which might make for slight waits (15-30min). The service has been good everytime, and food comparable with other Kinton locations. The current Summer deal is great value, at $15 for a sparkling drink, fries, and a basic ramen. You can also add gyoza for free as part of the presto deal, and makes for a great value meal! The ramen broth is flavourful and comes out hot, and makes for a delicious ramen. Have also tried other options like the Beef Mazemen, which again tasted authentic and fresh. Would like to see more customization options as a corn lover without having to add toppings, but overall the value is already great!
