Not sure how this place got such a high rating. Seems to be friends and families that are recommending it. We came here and got ramen and tried a laksa. The laksa tasted so plain and only had a strong creamy coconut flavour. Nothing else. The ramen was okay. Not like the typical ramen that we had. On the more plain side too. The karaage was the only semi good thing from the meal. We also order chicken and lamb skewers. We ordered 3 chicken and 2 lamb and somehow we got it served the other way around. The skewers were also bitter as it had a lot of burntness on it. The place itself is definitely more on the darker side, the lights are mostly dim. The service was SUPER SLOW. It took us almost an hour to get our food. Never again.

What a hidden gem in Mississauga serving so many varieties of ramen and laksa. We started off with cocktails and yakitori - japanese style skewers. Their cocktail and mocktail menu is extensive and they have a well stocked bar. The star though was the Ramen - broth and meat both perfectly cooked. I dont get to eat Laksa very often and this was a pleasant surprise. Rich, coconutty broth with noodles, veggies and meat - I'd come back just for this.

Tokasu wasn't on my radar but I'll admit I was very intrigued by a joint specializing in both laksa and ramen. We showed up just as they were opening up for the day, so we settled into a cozy booth and began perusing the menu. I was in a ramen kind of mood, so I opted for that side of the menu. I noticed they had a deal where, for an extra five bucks, you could add on an appetizer and a pop, which is a pretty terrific bargain. I decided to go with the Gyoza Chicken karaaga ("Crispy, golden-brown chicken bites marinated in a flavorful soy-ginger sauce, served with a side of tangy dipping sauce"). It showed up a little while later and is really tasty. The juicy chicken's been coated in this super tasty breading, and that dipping sauce elevates the whole thing considerably. It's a delicious starter. For my main, I opted for the Tan Tan Spicy Ramen ("A harmonious blend of chicken broth seasoned with soy sauce, fiery spicy sesame sauce, ground chicken, Green Onion and Toasted Sesame"). It came to the table and I was immediately impressed by the presentation and the portion size (which was enormous). It tastes just as good as it looks, too, as the broth is very rich and flavorful, and the spice level is right on point. All the other components work just as well, and I somehow managed to gobble up the whole thing. Tokasu is a really great little place. I look forward to coming back to try the laksa.

They offer authentic Ramen and Laksa Noodles in a family-friendly environment. They also have a full bar.The staff are very friendly, and Amanda provided great service. We ordered the "Yuzu Sour Elixir" from the cocktail menu and the "Beauty with Purpleness" from the mocktail menu. Both were tasty. For appetizers, we ordered the "Skewer Combo (Chicken Thigh, Chicken Tenderloin, Pork, Shrimp x2)" and the "Gyoza Combo (Chicken Creamy Mushroom, Spicy Chive Pork, Spicy Creamy Mushroom)." The meat skewers were fresh and flavorful, and I loved the creamy mushroom texture in the gyoza. For our main dishes, we had the "Umami Bomb Ramen" and the "Spicy Coconut Curry Laksa." Both were delicious and had the perfect combination of spices and heat for our taste. I love matcha, so I couldn't leave without trying the "Matcha Mocha Tiramisu." It was amazing. Highly recommended.

Newest ramen bar in the hood! They offer laksa and ramen plus a few rice dishes. Got some skewers, salad and wings for app.

Location/Service Restaurant is located within a plaza that has plenty of parking, but quite a busy lot cause there are other restaurants as well - so you might have to hunt a bit. Interior is pretty modern and standard. Like the use of natural lightning from the windows, though it can get very sunny when it hits on you during lunch hours. Lots of tables available - good for small and medium size groups. Staff very friendly and approachable. Orders came at a good pace. Food I like how it's Japanese and Malaysian mix - so you can try both types of cuisines in one seating. Their ramen bowls are pretty savory and laksa dishes are aromatic. Some recommendations: * Yakitori Skewers * Steamed & Pan-Fried Gyoza * Chicken Santan Laksa * Umami Bomb Ramen They also have alcohol available - so be sure to check out their bar menu drinks for a pairing.

This is the first time i came to this place for Ramen. I ordered a Tonkotsu Ramen. Food was acceptable, though I think the noddles were a little stiff, probably it should be cooked for a little longer. I ordered the Malay spice chicken curry for a takeaway for dinner later that day. The curry was okay, not too impressed with the taste. The white rice that came with the curry was also a little hard. The portion was a little small compared to the Ramen I had in the afternoon. The service by the staff was good though.

Dine in. We decided to try this place and no regrets! We ordered the king delight lamb & the umami bomb ramen. Both were delicious in their own ways. The lamb was so flavourful and tender, one of the best bites at dinner. Wish there more pieces. The umami bomb was my preferred meal of the two. I loved the runny egg in the middle. It was flavourful and like the other reviews: well balanced, not overly salty, and light. I know when you think of ramen it's usually very heavy in terms of the broth. I did say yes to chives and it played a role in lighting up the soup base. Good portion of meat. Take out: umami bomb & black Garlic ramen. For take out, I found the umami bomb tasted different. It's better as dine in. The black garlic was my preferred dish out of the two. It was flavourful and garlicky. Lots of umami flavour.

Green Goddess Laksa + Nasi Lemak

Highly recommend the Nasi Lemak from their summer menu! It doesn't look very appealing but the different components work so well together. Service was attentive. They didn't have the mocha matcha tiramisu I came for though :( Will come back a third time!

This place at the mall somewhere. As luck would have it, the entrance we choose is where this restaurant! It's a really small place. When we came in there's only 2 workers! One as waiter, hostess and clean table. The other is cooking. Luckily we don't wait all that long for the food considering only 2 of them. The broth is very flavorful. We shared the tonkatsu black. It has very good garlic flavor. Very rich. It also has standard chasu which is tasty only it was very thin and only 2 slices. The eggs cooked very good, also has the fungus and green onions. I would come back again. It has very limited menu.

I tend to enter Square One through entrance 9. It gets me to Conspiracy Comics, Torrid, and Tanghulu. Between the two sets of doors is Sansotei Ramen. For a while, I have flagged dropping by this ramen joint. I decided to have an early dinner after work a couple of Wednesdays ago. Parking is much better on a weekday. I got a spot between Walmart and entrance 9, and walked over. I walked through the door after reading the helpful sign to push it. Push it real good, according to Salt-N-Pepa... haha I was immediately greeted by a woman who would be my server. She led me to a table and I got a menu to peruse. A male staffer was chowing down and a woman behind me was almost done eating when I sat down. It was quiet and nice. A group of three women came in towards the end of my stay. I am normally a miso or shoyu broth person. I looked at how creamy the tonkotsu looked and wanted it. I got it with thick noodles and corn. I also got a Diet Pepsi and gyoza. The former came first. It came in a cup. The carbonation was nice. It tasted crisp. It was cold. I loved it. My ramen and gyoza came together. It was different, but I was fine with it. The gyoza was excellent. The filling was delicious. Each wrapper held everything together. It was pan-fried perfectly. The dipping sauce made each gyoza yummy. I loved the tonkotsu ramen. I normally don't like the smell of tonkotsu. It was different here. The pork smell was down to a minimum. The broth was creamy and full of body. I loved it so much that I drank the whole thing. I have never done that with tonkotsu broth ever. I got thick noodles. They were chewy and bouncy. So good! The chachu was excellent. I got two decent slices. They were so yummy with the egg, black fungus, and green onion. The corn elevated this bowl of ramen. I have been thinking about this ramen ever since. It was excellent. I paid for my meal at the counter. I used a credit card to pay. I tipped and tapped. Done! I used the washroom before I headed into the mall. It was was a single stall for everyone. It was clean and inviting. I particularly liked the complimentary sanitary products for women. This ramen place was excellent. I can't wait to return. (144)
