Dallen Bradshaw and Kevin Shakespeare helped us out BIG TIME. Another close by shop with some real nice young guys sold us a new tire and we had a crazy bad wobble afterwards. Went to big o' and turned out we were completely out of balance even tho other shop had "balanced tires" and charged us for it. Others suggested it was a bent rim or steering rod and would cost a lot more time and money. This shop really seemed like they knew what they were talking about and they did. The guy at the front desk was super knowledgeable, polite, excellent customer service and a hard worker and gave us a feeling of much confidence and peace of mind. The one tire the other shop had worked on had 6oz too much weight on it and we only needed .5oz on one side. Big O analyzed the whole situation and balanced all 4 tires and saved us a ton of money and time instead of selling us a new rim that we didn't need, just a balance! Truck runs great now! We were limping along with a slow tire leak on our travel trailer and then were stationed for a few days in Beaver, Utah. When we first arrived, we decided we needed to take care of the tire before leaving and that it might be a good idea to replace all four tires. There was this Big O Tire right near the KOA and we stopped in to get an appointment for the day we were leaving. Immediately, we were drawn to the owner's professionalism and kindness. The day of the appointment, even though his shop was very busy, he was ready for us and quickly and efficiently changed the tires. Then, in the course of the service, he pointed out that because the way the back tires were wearing, there was a problem with the suspension. He had the tools, kits and experience and promptly made the repairs. We were back on the road within two hours. We would highly recommend Dallen and his shop for all of your vehicle maintenance needs! Oh! And he was also training an employee while he was taking care of our trailer!! read more

we we're drive through Beaver on our way to Montana for a vacation and we got the infamous check engine light. we pulled into Big O in Beaver and although they didn't have their mechanic there they helped us anyway. all the guys were great, helpful and friendly. But one guy Cameron Greenhalgh; I think he might be the manager, really went above and beyond to help us out. The store was closing but he stayed to complete a test on the truck and it cleared the light. Cameron was a really nice guy and we really appreciated that he went out of his way to help us. He needs a raise and if he isn't the manager he should be. We had a 4" long bolt puncture our tire on I-15. Big O Tire in Beaver, ten miles down the freeway, honored our Big O Tires-Salt Lake City warrantee and had us on our way again. What really impressed me was the honesty of the store employee Dallen. As we waited for our tire he waited on another customer (an older lady with a 3/4-ton pickup) about tires and brakes. She had been told she needed new brakes all around. Her biggest concern was she pulled a travel trailer with her truck. Dallen grabbed his brake measuring device, disappeared into the garage, and returned. He explained to her, and showed her using the measuring device, that her brakes on the front and back were in great shape and it would be a waste of her money to replace them. Very honest! read more

We got the best service today from this small town tire store. We discovered a worrisome crack in the center of the tread on our F450 truck (with a heavy camper and pulling a cargo trailer) and we're so impressed with the availability and top notch service to get 6 new high quality tires with full warranty, and several emergency services throughout the USA if we have issues. in addition they were able to do additional services we were overdue for (oil change, new air filter) as well as checking all systems for our upcoming 3,000+ mile trip to Alaska. we feel very fortunate to have found this outstanding group of professional auto technicians! read more

Highly recommend this place! Came back from a camping trip in the mountains on a spare after blowing one of my tires. I was in need of replacing at least 2 tires and opted for all 4 after Dave gave me a great deal. The spare was grinding into my brakes and set off a few sensors and the transmission was jerking all over the place. One of the technicians was wonderful enough to drive my car around before i took off, to make sure I got back to Vegas safe and without any additional issues. Last week while on vacation in Utah. I noticed a problem with the tires on my fifth wheel RV. I made a phone call to the Big O tires in Beaver. Utah, Danton got to work to work on my trailer very quickly. They replaced my tires and found some issues with some of the suspension as well. We were heading out to camp and blew 2 tires on our 5th wheel. We had to unhitch the trailers and drive to where we had cell phone service. Big O was closing in 10 minutes and it was a 40 minute drive down the mountain. Dallan said he would stay open late for us and he waited until 6:30pm for us to show up. He got us back on the road within 20 minutes! I'm so grateful because without him and his exemplary service, my family would've been stranded overnight.
