Other source has stated that GE Dispatch goes in and internally cancels appointments and the customer is left waiting for a repair guy that never shows. NO NOTIFICATION OF ANY KIND, email or phone message that this has occurred (this has happen 15 times since December) NEVER BUY A GE APPLIANCE (it is a company really called Haier and owned by China)

Customer Care Appliance Repair was the only company with 5 star ratings on Yelp who could come by today. It was a little challenging to coordinate timing with a busy mother and the repair crew but James was patient and responsive. In the end, he was able to get the fridge fixed within 3 hours of our first call. Since I wasn't there myself, I asked the tenant what she thought of James' service. Her response was that James was "very nice and professional." I have no way of knowing if the job was priced higher than other repair companies since I am no expert in home appliance repairs. But these guys were available when it counted. I hope I'll never need any repair services anymore but if I do, I'll most likely call Customer Care Appliance Repair again

We just had a small vanity counter installed this morning and can't be happier! This is the third…read moreproject we've done with Absolute Stone in the past year and had a good experience overall. What makes this moat recent project so special is how well the veining ended up being spread across the counter. You can see in the attached photo that we have a small half-bath vanity. We risked by selecting Michelangelo quartz because of its dramatic veining, which could look strange on such a small surface. We could potentially end up with a completely white counter and a small splash of that dark veining on one side. But whoever cut this stone for us did an outstanding job at choosing the perfect piece of stone for the veining to be spread well. We're so happy! As I mentioned, this isn't our first project with Absolute. Earlier this year we ordered another quartz vanity counter for the guest bath and a bench top for the master shower. Both of the previous projects went well. It was convenient that Absolute had a good size showroom in Cary, their staff was responsive throughout all projects and we had zero issues with the installation. Selection of stone is sufficient (not too large but enough to find something you like). All in all we are happy with our experience and totally overjoyed with how the most recent vanity turned out.

They looked awful and felt flimsy. The builder explicitly stated they stand behind their quality. The second go around was installed by CORNERSTONE KITCHEN AND BATH. They are SOLID CORE rift oak cabinets doors and drawer fronts courtesy of the homeowners, 3 months after moving in to their new build. You be the judge....which cabinet company hit it out of the park?

Let me start by saying that I have been a long time customer of Clay's. I have purchased a zero…read moreturn mower & numerous pieces of Stihl equipment, as well as utilizing their service department. But my recent experience for the repair of a Stihl Kombi hedge trimmer was vert disappointing. On my call ahead and at drop off, there was no mention of needing the head unit to service. I run several other attachments, so I needed it to be in service while I waited for repair (quoted as 2 weeks). The next day I received a text that a Stihl dealer had no way of attaching it to a unit. So, I made my second trip there in 3 days to deliver the unit. I received a text to pick up the equipment and my request for blade sharpening was not "noted on the ticket" or performed. And to top it off, upon attaching the unit at home, the head is on almost backwards. I reached out to the general manager via text, Mr. Mack McCorkle, and there was no accountability taken, instead telling me that I did not review my service ticket & the head was brought in that way. At the end of the day, the head adjustment is simple, but what's really disappointing is the lack of accountability or customer focused service and offers to rectify the situation. I will certainly look elsewhere for my next service and purchase.
