Where do I begin first of all not at all licensed,unprofessional,rude ,ignorant,and violent towards…read moremy dad who is a senior by the way Adam was hired to do a walk way and a new lawn he came and installed the lawn first then came back ripped up some of the newly installed lawn to do the walk way it was installed unlevel and was nat packed down now it will need to be redone he was also hired at the same time to remove an outdoor kitchen and build a paver patio he and his so called crew dismantled the outdoor kitchen and later found most of the debris left in the lot next door the patio was installed un even and pitched wrong and wasn't even at the right height at the end of the job he didn't have the tools needed to make cuts to the paver stone and was left un finished we spoke to Adam and was told he wanted his money or else and watch your back I'm coming for you we have had multiple threats by phone and text to the pount we had to get law enforcement involved DO NOT HIRE THIS HACK HE IS UNHINGED

Jimmy promised me It would be done and he even came in on the Saturday before the holiday just to make sure he kept his promise. His price was fair, and the work was done with great care. I contacted TOSL in April for a quote on a special garden and my appointment was missed. They apologized and showed up at the next appointment. We chatted, had a good time, exchanged good ideas. I gave him a drawing of what I wanted done (that was lost and I had to reproduce) and I was told they were very busy, but they would fit me in this year... "promise". Then it was an email out to ask how the quote was coming a month later, and another promise... a few more emails, more promises. Now I don't have my garden that I knew would be beautiful and I no longer have a landscaper that I love. So, if you can get them to do the work, you will be thrilled...

Had my driveway resurfaced in late august of 2024. Crew damaged my garage siding and Joe and I…read morereached an agreement for the damage - which was fine. In April of 2025, a few cracks stated to develop. I called and got a commitment to repair but no stated date because of the amount of work - again ok. However, after a couple of months, I called again assuming they forgot me. Since then, I have gotten the run around. They have committed dates and never showed, email interactions with no useful response, and even a commitment to arrive on a Saturday around noon to 1pm. As expected - even though I called to confirm - Joe never showed. The cracks are now about 8 feet and 3 feet long. Will be finding someone else to seal the driveway. I just would not recommend them. Update: October 2025: Pardini actually arrived 3 hours late and sealed the driveway. Six months of pestering got some action. I have updated to 3 stars.

They weed whack directly next to my vehicle flinging rocks every where & don't seem to care. They park their vehicle across 5-6 parking spots and do maintenance on their truck while 1 or 2 other cut grass.
