I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My car has had more problems then one should have since day one.

It's been almost two months since I had to get my valve stems replaced and he still hasn't satisfied this issue. I brought the truck I bought from them that is still under warranty to get the valve stems replaced and one of the mechanics damaged my rim. I reach out politely to get it refinished. David has done nothing but ignore me and give me attitude. He keeps sending me this invoice but he put on the wrong valve stems.. why would I pay for yet ANOTHER mistake he made? I will not only never recommend anyone get a car from this place, but I will actively make sure everyone I know avoids going there. I've been going to them for scheduled service because that's where i bought the vehicle so I figured they'd be decent to work with. You usually find good service from workers who hope to get return business. Boy was I mistaken. Now I'm experiencing a bubbling noise when I turn off the motor so I'm assuming in his negligence, they either didn't replace the cap properly, or more likely didn't bother filling the coolant on my last service. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

She ended up liking the Toyota more for several reasons including: -Better price -More spacious -Overall comfort and design of the interior and exterior -The exceptional service we received at Toyota. -They offer military and college graduate discounts including a $750 rebate when you finance or lease certain models. Toyotas are such reliable cars and she's really happy with her purchase. She hasn't had any problems whatsoever with the car. Everyone is super nice, professional, and knowledgeable at this dealership. They're always doing whatever they can to get you the best deal possible. We dealt with Brandon, he was awesome from beginning to end. He was really knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The best trait a car salesman can have is honesty... and he kept it real from the start. He's super trustworthy and won't try to screw you over like the people do at Carbone. He was also really patient with us which is super important when you're making such a big purchase. I highly recommend buying a car from here! Go to Brandon, you will not be disappointed!! Tell him I sent ya! =) I posted his business card for all of you.

Brought a 2010 Prius with 100K miles on it for an oil change, check up due to heavier summer…read moredriving and a minor transmission thump. Left it for the day. No call by 3:30, called. Advisor busy, will call back. 4:15. Called. Advisor busy, will call back. Declined and told them we'd be there in 30 minutes to pick up car, have it ready. On site, learned our adviser left at Noon! Huh? Why lie? Important: All the check boxes in the mechanic's report, including brakes, were in the green. Charged $70 for transmission diagnosis. There was none. No test drive. Same mileage in and out. Tech just shrugged and said, "I dunno. I dunno." Had no results from a "computer check" to show. This ASE and Toyota Certified tech with Prius experience had no idea what it could be and offered no suggestions. Refused to pay the diagnosis fee. That's when Andy, the silly clown of a service manager, entered the picture with a sour and could-give-a-crap attitude. Battled it out and didn't pay the fee as there was no diagnosis, no road test, no idea. Took the vehicle to Oriskany Garage who specialize in Prius. The owner spoke to us at length and said a transmission fluid change was probably the issue (the "forever" transmission fluid in a Prius is fantasy). He also advised other 100K service - injector clean, etc. When the vehicle was brought in for fluid and injector cleaning, OG sent a comprehensive report of ten issues via internet. It showed (with pictures) the rear brake rotors were dangerously low, like down to the composite material. This was obvious without taking the wheel off, yet Steet reported them as perfectly fine. The vehicle was this close to losing rear braking. Also dangerous, the muffler bracket was broken. This could lead to the muffler falling out of the vehicle. OG got the brake job - new rotors and pads. The transmission fluid change got rid of the thump. The car runs like a top. Fixed the muffler hanger ourselves. I place Steet's service department lack of professionalism and satisfactory customer service squarely on the owners. Yelp is full of bad reviews, and we're certain Steet and Ponte's ears are filled with complaints about the shoddy service at their dealership yet they allow the service manager malcontent to continue managing a place rife with lazy and uncaring techs. The owners are losing money hand over fist. We gladly paid OG $1100. That slipped from Steet's pockets. That's on them, and we could care less. We simply want good service, and are willing to pay for it. Steet will never touch the Prius ever again. We will also never purchase a new or used vehicle from them. We recommend not taking your vehicle to Steet Toyota for any service. Note that every time the Prius was brought into Steet there was an issue. A highlight, or rather lowlight, was ordering a rotation. It wasn't done. On pickup, the adviser said we didn't need it. It did. We keep scrupulous service records. Advisers fulfill customer orders. They are not chartered to make judgement calls on service that is counter to customer requests. Ironically, we take our F250 to Steet Ford. They perform spectacular service. What's the difference? The atmosphere is far more conducive to quick and caring customer service. That goes to the service manager. Steet, Ponte, fire the Steet Toyota service manager. They're clueless and hemorrhaging money from your dealership. And advising a car that's dangerous to drive is operating properly. That puts our lives and the lives of others at risk.

I highly recommend making an appointment -it will make things go much smoother and more efficient. The sales people are all friendly, well schooled and what's really impressive is how they help each other out to keep things going. One last and very important distinction that this dealership has versus the competition is the owner's commitment to giving back to the community. They're constantly supporting local causes and the whole dealership takes part. Give them a shot - see the difference.

They wanted to charge me $1000 to fix them. When I told them that was too much money for rear brakes, they called me back and dropped the the price to $763. My car is currently in Poland at a family business and they just called to tell my rear brakes and rotors are completely fine nothing wrong with them!! I am beyond disappointed in Mastrovito! They were looking to make money off me. I can't imagine what they do to older customers and women. How many times have they tried to rip someone off. They are wonderful by giving back to the community, just don't trust them when you take your car in for a recall. Btw the cost to replace both would have been $300 if needed. Big difference!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!

We live out of town, so made arrangements to come in on a weekday with photo ID to get the records. We were then told that the car registration matching the photo id wasn't enough proof of ownership, we needed to bring the actual TITLE in with us. Car dealers have direct access to DMV records. They could have looked up the registration by entering the license plate number (though we had the paper with us) and would have seen the same names. All we wanted to know was if the timing belt had been changed, HIPPA laws are not applicable to cars. We had proof of ownership, (the same proof of ownership required by law enforcement to release a car to someone.) We can not check with the previous owner, as my father passed away last year and we have been unsuccessful in locating his records. We were not looking for anything "above and beyond" just a simple yes or no answer, so we didn't needlessly repeat an expensive service.

Then stopped in about 2 years ago and had the same problems with the sales staff. Both time trying to push me well above the price range I had told them. But, I have had 2 friends get vehicles since that time, so decided to try a 3rd time. Dylan, the Sales Agent who approached me, was polite and I was up front and honest about the past. We sat and talked, he reminded of the sale and that it could not be extended - no problem with that. Inquired about my price range and even what color I was interested in. He then asked if he could show me a few vehicles and let him show me that he was not going to repeat the past. He proceeded to show me 6 different vehicles, all within my price range, and even explained all the little differences between each. Yes, it was his job. We decided to concentrate on Outlander Sport, well within my price range. After a nice test drive, we discussed more about price. He not only kept me within my price range but actually got me below my range. So far, the experience was extremely pleasant and easy. Dylan was professional, not pushy, not full of pressure and more then willing to listen to me and my techno-phobia. 4 hours later, I left him with my badly broken Escape and was driving off the lot in a 2019 Outlander Sport. If the maintenance department can live up to this level of service, I will have no problem recommended both to anyone. For now, I reserve my recommendation to Dylan.
