We went to the Bretz RV show in Kalispell to specifically look at a new Brinkley i275. We were…read moregreeted by Scott from the Boise store. He was no pressure and took the time to show us all the features of the i275. I asked Scott to demo the chill cube heat function but we couldn't as the trailer was only plugged into 15amp service for the show. We then asked if they could take in two trades, 1 was ours and the 2nd one belonged to our kids. After some serious negotiation with Scott and sales manager Nick from Gull Boats, we agreed on a price. Day of delivery and walk through it was discovered the chill cube in the i275 does not have a heat pump function! Big selling point for us. Well sales manager Scott at the Missoula location stepped up and said we'll change out the AC for one with a heat pump! We left the trailer there until the new AC was installed. 10 days later the bank kicked back the loan due to the kids trailer was not in our name. Also the kids bank pulled another auto payment from thier account. Well Bretz stepped up and just bought the kids trailer out right on a totally separate contract and also refunded the additional payment the bank took! Now that's customer service! Two weeks after original delivery date we took delivery of our trailer. Jason from service kept us informed on status of the new AC the entire time. It seemed like alot of things went wrong, but in the end, Bretz RV made everything right! Thank you

Bretz is very good selling you a brand new 2026 $115,000 RV with an expensive 5 yr extended…read morewarranty that they pressure you to buy, but when you take it out for your first trip & the kitchen island shakes & the floor sinks when you are just walking around, don't expect them to be of any help. Our RV has sat in the Bretz parking lot since 6/8/26 & after multiple calls, finally on 6/24/25, we were told by our serv advisor, Ryan, that they had finally got it in the service bay & opened the belly up to see if there were supports missing or try to find out what's wrong. Then he tell us that the fresh water tank is in the way, so nothing can be done!!!! What????Well, he says there's just nothing we can do. So, the next day, 6/25/26 We email Grand Design the manufacturer, & explain our situation. On 6/29/26 the Retail Serv Mgr at Grand Design calls us & she said that all Bretz needs to do is contact them, so a pre authorization # can be given to them & that starts the process. She also told us there are techs that go all over the country to help with problem repairs & Bretz cab request a tech from Grand Design & they will send one to help. She told us there is no record of Bretz contacting them. She also said that Grand Design is number 1 for a reason-they have a great product & stand behind it!! She said that they will make it right. I called twice today to speak to the GM at Bretz, Scotty Twomey, & was told he was busy. I left one voicemail & was respectful as we have been the entire time. I also spoke to someone who answered the phone & she asked what this was about & I explained it in detail. She said that what has happened was not right & she would find him & make sure he knew what was going on & ask him to call us. We did lots of research on Grand Design & overall, they have a good reputation. Unfortunately, we should have done the same for Bretz!! After looking at many, many reviews on multiple platforms, we were horrified, but not surprised considering our experience so far. If you are even remotely considering buying an RV DO NOT BUY FROM BRETZ. Their motto should be: The best at the sell, but NO service AFTER THE SALE!! EDIT: I must add that I wen to the Bretz.com/review part of the Bretz Missoula website & tried to post the above & wouldn't you know it kept getting rejected with an alert from www.bretz.com that said "form di not pass the recaptcha check." Interestingly enough, the recaptcha had me identify the image & put the checkmark saying "i am not a robot." I tried over 10 times & it kept rejecting it. Does anyone else thing it's very odd that EVERY REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE is positive??? That is not possible & they are definitely screening their reviews by AI because immediately upon trying to write my review, a chat person shows up. Hmmm PLEASE, look at other sites besides Bretz-go to yelp, go to to other RV platforms & search out the reviews. You will find, there are way more negatives than positive reviews & for very good reason.

I was referred here to have them setup my Jeep as towable vehicle behind my RV. I spoke with Josh…read morewho promptly responded to my request that day and provided me three quotes. Josh's quotes were in line with my expectation and lower than some of the RV dealers in Missoula and Bozeman, I had called. He placed the order that day and we scheduled the work out a week. I brought the Jeep in Monday morning and left it with them all day. That afternoon I brought the RV over (we are full time RVer's, so it is our home and could not be without it all day) and the completed the job as promised before end of day. They rang me up and I paid exactly what I was quoted. I was impressed by the work they did and the products they suggested were top notch. After I drove it back to the RV park, I realized there was a minor problem. Josh told me to bring the RV and Jeep by anytime to diagnose the problem and resolve it. We left Missoula on Wednesday and as we were leaving town we stopped by. They resolved the problem on the spot and we left Missoula with our new Jeep being towed behind our RV. Josh provided an excellent product for the job and shared with me everything I needed to know to operate all of the equipment. I would recommend Rocky Mountain Truck & Trailer Equipment to anyone looking for trailer work or to setup a Toad (towable vehicle behind a RV). Even if you are not local, it might be worth the drive.

These people are the most Unethical dealership I have ever dealt with by 80 two-year-old partner…read morewent in there to buy a trailer they knew this trailer had been completely wrecked they knew that at least they knew that it was broken they lied to him told him they had their expert come in and check everything and it was in good condition our first trip it poured in so much water that it blew the electrical throughout the whole thing when we went in 10 days later because we were on the road for 10 days and couldn't use it they refused to give us any kind of help whatsoever told us too bad it's as is and to eat it So I'm letting new people know don't buy through them they don't stand behind their product they don't care about their customers
