He helped everyone on and off the bus, held doors open (even in the pouring rain) handled everyone's luggage, even holding our carry ons so they wouldn't get wet on the pavement. We had music and movies playing and Jimmy even tolerated our singing! There is something I would request from the company ...for long trips such as ours, you need to have cup holders and trays installed!! Plus your seats are not meant for long distance trips. They have some liar named Becker running the show. Don't rely on any assurances from this guy. If you book, expect that: - Bestway may back out of the trip at the last moment, because they found something better - If they do show up, there's a pretty good chance the driver won't find the correct location and you'll be sweating bullets until you find him in totally wrong location. - Once you're dealing with the driver, there's a pretty good chance you're going to get a lot of attitude. Many of their drivers are apparently retired fortune 500 CEO's. Not really, but they want that level of respect although they are deserving of no respect. There are a lot of bad bus companies out there. This is one of them.
