While my group and I made the best of the situation and enjoyed ourselves simply because we were together, the condition of the trolley and the service provided were incredibly disappointing. First, the photos and descriptions on the website are very misleading. The trolley looks modern, clean, and well-equipped in the images, but in reality, it appears to have had little to no upkeep. The bar areas were dirty, there was no ice as promised, the TVs didn't work, and there was no light show. The heat and defrost didn't function, which made for a very uncomfortable ride on a cold night. Additionally, the blinking lights throughout the trolley suggested an electrical issue, which was not only annoying but also concerning. On top of that, the driver was rude and unprofessional, further souring the experience. While the company did issue a $200 refund, it was nowhere near adequate for the significant shortcomings of the service, especially considering we paid $930 for three hours. I suspect the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this company are not entirely genuine, as my experience does not align with the five-star reputation presented online. I hope this review serves as an honest account to help others make an informed decision. While I appreciate the partial refund and the memories my group and I made in spite of the circumstances, I would not rent from this company again. If Limotainment wants to maintain their reputation, they need to improve the upkeep of their vehicles, ensure amenities match the advertised descriptions, and prioritize customer service. Attached are two photos of how the trolley looked when the lights were off, and then when they popped on all by themselves. You'll notice the old fashioned, kitchen-like fixture in the ceiling. Nothing like the laser light show in the photos that's on the website. I wish I had taken photos of the empty dirty bar areas, with no ice that was also supposed to be provided.

He helped everyone on and off the bus, held doors open (even in the pouring rain) handled everyone's luggage, even holding our carry ons so they wouldn't get wet on the pavement. We had music and movies playing and Jimmy even tolerated our singing! There is something I would request from the company ...for long trips such as ours, you need to have cup holders and trays installed!! Plus your seats are not meant for long distance trips. They were pretty uncomfortable. My 5 stars that I gave your company goes to our driver Jimmy!

Driver Didn't say anything just sat on his phone while he "waited" for mechanic. It took 3 hours for a mechanic to come and the guy didn't even fix it then we waited an hour for a replacement bus. If you book, expect that: - Bestway may back out of the trip at the last moment, because they found something better - If they do show up, there's a pretty good chance the driver won't find the correct location and you'll be sweating bullets until you find him in totally wrong location. - Once you're dealing with the driver, there's a pretty good chance you're going to get a lot of attitude. Many of their drivers are apparently retired fortune 500 CEO's. Not really, but they want that level of respect although they are deserving of no respect. Our bus driver, Kurt R, was fabulous. He was great with our students and staff. He was quite accommodating with changes in our schedule. We had multiple stops for lunch and dinner daily.
